We provide training for all behavior problems, including aggression towards humans or towards other animals. We’ll handle leash reactivity, provide solutions for separation anxiety, and help build your dog’s confidence to overcome any fears and phobias.

Established in 2014.

Originally operated as Freedom Dog Training in San Diego, CA, Amanda has since moved the business to Texas under the new name of The Devoted Dog

Business Owner

Dog training is my life! I’ve been lucky enough to have been working with dogs since I was a young girl. Nothing gives me greater pleasure than helping a shy, nervous dog out of its shell, or teaching an exuberant dog how to channel their energy.

I am an Animal Behavior College and Starmark Academy for Dog Trainers graduate, and look forward to continuing education whenever possible. My goal is to help dogs and their owners to have a strong and happy relationship so that they can truly enjoy their life together
