Cadillac of Mahwah

Rich Shulman is a degrading, insulting salesman. Five times in 22 months my SRX was brought back to cadillac for repairs. The first being 1 month after I bought it by the fifth time I was beyond aggravated, bought the back to mahwah told Rich I wanted out of it. His response «go across the street and by a Buick.» Rich Shulman is not a nice person and I would never by anothr cadillac from him!

I had a small issue with my recent service visit (I’ve been having my car serviced here for almost 3 years). I submitted the Cadillac survey that they send after every visit and got a call from the service manager in less than 1 day. He was very nice and apologized for my recent experience. He said to ask for him next time I take my car in so he can assure that I am completely satisfied at my next service.
I have been very satisfied with the service I have been receiving at Cadillac or Mahwah and will continue to take my SRX and my wife’s CTS there.

Best service ever. People very nice and professional. Coffee and bagels for breakfast always nice. Highly recommend this place.

Went in to Cadillac of mahwah to trade in my bmw for a cts coupe. The girl at the reception told me Jorge will be out shortly to help me. Everything was fine until he started getting text msgs and calls and got distracted. My boyfriend had some serious questions about financing and he just couldn’t focus on anything. We both got annoyed and left while he was talking to his boss.

Just absolutely disappointing. There is a culture of zero accountability in service and repairs. The employees (Adam in particular) routinely make timeline promises that they can’t guarantee and make no effort to make contact with updates and are regularly unavailable by phone. I had to personally go down to the dealership and plead with them to finish my repairs 2 days after they promised it would be finished and then 2 days later after. All I wanted was an honest timeline. Instead I had to wait so long I had to reschedule a flight. Please don’t make the same mistake I did and come here for repairs.

I drove an hour and a half and passed several Cadillac dealerships to see a 2014 CTS at Cadillac of Mahwah because the price posted on the website for this particular CTS was a GREAT price and I heard good things about them. I have to say it was well worth the drive, they sold me the car for what was posted on the website, though it turned out to be a mistake. How every dealership should do business. Gary and Paul were great and easy to deal with.
I was not expecting to purchase a car today, but I am glad to say there’s a new CTS sitting in my garage tonight!
Honesty and Integrity run rampant through this dealership, Well Done!
This was my first Cadillac I purchased from them but it will certainly not be my last, our Escalade will be replaced next year and you can bet I will make the trip again

We want to Thank Gary for working with us because we are thrilled with the new Cadillac Escalade he hooked us up with! He even personally delivered it to NYC!!! Now that is service! He really worked out the numbers with us and we want to thank him for all the phone calls and questions we had during the process. We are in nyc and he was a pleasure to work with. All info was on the table and this was the best deal in the tristate area we could find for this rare car! He ais not bad like some of the reviews say he is, I would recommend Gary to my Friends and Family.

Very good experience with Ken and Sean. My wife and I had just purchased another car in October from a different manufacturer and the experience was night and day. Cadillac of Mahwah was hands down a better overall buying experience. Will add reviews when I deal with the service department.

Where do you find a dealership and sales manager where they negotiate, set your expectation appropriately and then deliver exactly what was negotiate exactly as promised. The answer, Cadillac of Mahway and Gary Monnecka. After shopping on Long Island for a 2013 SRX, I contacted this dealership and was promptly responded to by Gary. I explained what I was looking for and with a few back and forth emails with Gary, we had an understanding of a lease that I was very interested in. A visit to the dealership Saturday morning and by early afternoon I was driving my new suv back to long island. Gary was great, Sean in finance was great and I walked out of the dealership with a smile on my face. While my wife and I waited for the other shoe to drop, it never came. Gary set my expectations, made the lease process very easy and delivered exactly what he promised. I highly recommend Gary to those looking for a new vehicle. I will be back to him for sure in the future. By the way, we love the SRX.

It was 3^rd time buying Cadillac from Jorge Laureano. We always shop around several dealers, but we have noticed that we always come back to Jorge for the final deal. Sean has been always very efficient in preparation and explanation of all kinds of documents. It has been a pleasant and comfortable experience purchasing vehicles.

I brought my H1 there to get fixed. I paid ahead of time and im still waiting for the part to come in. Everytime I bring it there it comes back with another problem. I call and they just put me on hold. This is rediculous! DO NOT PAY THEM AHEAD OF TIME!

Surprised by the few reviews, but this is not a place to do business. MOST car dealers are «shady» but Gary Monnecka, sales rep. takes the prize!!! He is the worst and shadiest of all!

Cadillac of Mahwah is in one word, AMAZING! I recently purchased a 2012 SRX and this dealership is by far the most professional and courteous I’ve ever dealt with. Gary Monnecka was my point of contact and his communication was excellent. The deal was very clear and uncomplicated. I felt comfortable and was taken care exceptionally well. If you’re in the market for a Cadillac and want a first Class Sales Manager and Dealership, call Cadillac of Mahwah.

Finally, a dealer who gets it! They have their Service Department in order and do what they say they will do within a reasonable amount of time. Not only will I bring future vehicles here to be serviced, but my next car will be purchased from Mahwah Hummer. Bravo to the Service Manager Jim Pilkington. He has his stuff together!
