The service with these guys is unparalleled.
It’s nice to know that you can count on nice, respectable and knowledgable drivers to represent a niche service of the island.
It’s nice to know they offer custom tours or private excursions.
Their fleet is all new Honda Odysseys (rather than some of the older, not as maintained if at all, taxi/​personal driver services on the island).
Chris is very nice, polite and a great tour guide. He’s very helpful in recommending points of interest, dining spots and also special events occurring throughout the island.

Charlie Keller picked us up from the Andaz to take us to the airport. What a great taxi ride!!! We talked the whole way and learned even more about the island! Taxi was a brand new Honda Odyssey. You may just get a random taxi service/​driver from your hotel, but if you can choose, ask for Charlie at MJ Taxi! Thanks Charlie — hope you make it to Houston sometime!

My wife and I travel with our two kids, two and seven all around the country. We love coming onvacation in Maui and when we found MJ Taxi we found paradise. They had car seats to perfectly fit our kids, were on time, and super friendly. Our driver was very knowledgeable about the island. He gave us great tips about where to go and where to take our kids to the safest beaches. We will call them again and again and tell all our friends who visit to call MJ Taxi.
