Recommended by a friend. Very responsive, very reasonable, very knowledgeable. Told me the problem wasn’t the machine, it was likely that it was loaded off balance and he was right. I was out the cost of a service call, which I think is reasonable. And will definitely use him in the future to repair or buy new equipment.

We had an urgent situation where our freezer in our refrigerator started to malfunction. We called up this company and they came down within an hour and a half. Outstanding response especially with our situation. Cameron went to work to diagnose our problem. Discovered the malfunction went and got the part and fixed it and was finished within an hour and a half from start to finish. Charges were very reasonable. Outstanding service. HIGHLY recommended.

When we finally got these guys out here they were great. When we first called they did call us back a few hours after and then say they no longer were doing LG Warranty work because they were so busy. So we did call LG back and they finally sent us back to these guys and said they were going to come… S once we got through that hiccup it was great. This is the only reason for the drop in star but I Think they are actually a 4.5 with this hiccup.
Fillip seemed knowledgable and was very pleasant, quick, and courteous.

Hi – When calling about a washer repair, I received two referrals from LG, one for Expert Appliance and one for this company, Edgeworth. Expert quoted me a price which I didn’t know if was reasonable or not. Expert did not have any reviews on Unilocal.Relying on the four five-star reviews for Edgeworth, that mentioned the pricing was very reasonable, I decided to go with Edgeworth. Big mistake. The bill came to $ 70 more than what I was quoted by Expert, but to Edgeworth’s credit, when I mentioned it to the repair person, he knocked $ 20 from the price. Still not very happy that I paid $ 50 more (almost ¹⁄₆ more on the bill) than Expert quoted me. That will teach me a lesson about relying on others’ reviews.

My washer broke because I jammed a comforter into a top loader. I «Googled» the local repair company for appliances. The first one I called charged $ 80 just to come out and take a «look» at the problem but didn’t go with them since the guy sounded kind of rude on the other end of the line. Then, I called Edgeworth which is a family owned business and got an appointment with the son who was very nice. They only charged $ 40 to come out and assess the problem. He took a look at the washer and was able to diagnose that the pump had been burned out fromt he feathers which clogged it up. He was able to check with the office if they had the replacement part and they did so he was able to go back to the office and return in half an hour which he promised he would to fix the problem. He also left the place very clean since he used towels to soak up the water that leaked and I saw him vacuum out all the feathers that were jammed into the washer as well.
I don’t normally call appliance companies but this was a good experience considering he was able to fix it in the same day and it was definitely reasonable priced. Getting my laundry done in that same day was priceless!
