Came in here for an oil change and came back to a car with adhesive from a sticker smeared onto my driver seat. What a disgrace! Technicians at this Goodyear location should have had the brains not to place stickers onto fabric. They just burned a bridge with this customer.

This place has been here forever. Purchased tires over 2 decades ago here. Service is great.
Got the right tires for the right price.
Very customer service oriented. Manager is detail oriented and gets it right. Service techs were right on when it came to taking care of my truck. Very few places actually use a torque wrench to make sure the nuts on my wheels are correctly tightened to specification. That is what I call being thorough.
Only thing is that it is a little run down. Could be spruced up from the 25+ year décor.
I will be back!

I had my tires changed here a couple times mainly due to the affordable price and close proximity from my house. It is also a recommended installer by TireRack. On the first several occasions there were no issues, however the previous (and last) time I was there, they absolutely messed up on the tire change. I have a staggered setup on my car (different size tires on the rear and front) and they ended up putting on the tires in the incorrect order (front tire in the rear, vice versa), even after I told them about the setup. Luckily, I was able to spot the problem shortly thereafter and had them fix it before any serious issues arose.
Lesson: check your tires before you leave the premises, leaving it in the hands of so-​called experts are not enough in this day and age.

This place plays games. different quote on the phone 40 to 45 for a light bulb. then you show up and they say it may be 125. due to which light bulb and how long it could take. I said no way I’ll do it myself at that price. They took 75 off. the man doing the work on the car said luckily I have a thin arm it was quick… they play with people all these other reviews are telling the truth. Stay away.

Went here for an alignment on my car. Honestly no complaints! The guy at the front desk was super helpful and super nice. Although they looked very busy, he was calm cool and collect! Even when I presented a coupon, he was actually happy to put it in the system.
If I had to say one thing, it would be the time/​wait. Dropped it off around noon. Prelim estimates, they told me it would be about two hours. After two hours I called and they said maybe another two. Total time was exactly four hours. Luckily I lived closed by and walked home and just did things at home.
Overall, great experience at this location. They didn’t even try to sell me anything more than what I wanted. Might I say, car is driving straight like a champ now
I will definitely come back again.

I have only gone here for an oil change as I always suspected they would try to sell me things I didn’t need, based on the fact that they are quite condescending to woman. I change my own lights, air filters and the like, and I was constantly told I needed a new cabin air filter. I always declined. So I finally said one time, «Thanks, but I’ll do it myself.» And the guy on the phone said «Ma’am, it’s really hard.» I watched a YouTube video on it, and I think it took me about 3 – 5 minutes. It took me longer to empty the glove compartment and the buy the air filter, than it did to change it. This last visit for an oil change was the last straw. Now, I always get any major work (tires, brakes, etc) at Quick Lane in Beverly even though it is a hike for me because they have always been fair and honest and had the best prices. But I have sometimes gone to Goodyear for a quick oil change because it is literally across the street from my house. This last visit I got an oil change, and they called me and told me that I need a new serpentine belt because the one I have had cracks in it, that i needed my fuel injection system cleaned and my brake fluid changed. I declined and they seemed pissed off that I said no. When I went in to pick up the car, they showed me dirty Q-​tips to try to show me that they weren’t lying. All smoke and mirrors. I just got back from Quicklane and was told that my serpentine belt is not cracked and is in fine condition, and that $ 110 for a fuel injection system cleaning is almost 4x the cost they charge and that I don’t actually need it, but is recommended when my car is over 100k miles. They also said I could just buy a bottle at AutoZone and do it myself if I wanted to do it. They showed me the 2 bottles they use to do it. It was $ 30. They also said that I didn’t need my brake fluid changed. I did need front brakes, so Goodyear got that right, but did want to charge me $ 100 more than I paid at Quicklane, and Goodyear breaks it out line by line on the estimate (i.e. replace brake pads, right rotor, left rotor, etc) so you don’t actually know how much you are paying for the total job. The manager at Quicklane said that is a tactic shops use so you don’t know the total cost of the job. So be warned that they will sell you things you do not need, and you can probably get a better price elsewhere if you need something. I know I am done with this place.

Service is good. People are nice. Good installer and reasonable price for installation and balance for
online purchase. Not that strong at tire alignment. Both times they struggled with my Jeep alignment. Honest about noticing other repairs, but not pushing for them. Did a few other items which were needed, serpentine belt, tensioner and rebuilt brake caliper. All done well and timely, but price of parts and labor was 2X. Happy job was done, but prices of parts was 2X retail, and labor was $ 100/​hr at the end of the day. I generally like the place, the people, but prices for aux services was too high.

Very good service and customer service.
The manager is very helpful, they finished the job of the good year in Lynn related to a bad alignment service performed by the Lynn one that it could not be fixed after going there for 2 times because somebody was about to take a vacation for 2 weeks.

If you don’t know what want to be done, don’t go to this place. If you know what you want, then tell them openly what you want to be done. Don’t let them talk their way in your mind. These guys are salesmen, not mechanics in the beginning. My car’s tire got nailed. We took it to this shop because we bought the tires from here. This shop said my flat tire couldn’t be fixed and I must buy a new tire. I took the flat tire to another repair shop in my neighborhood, the mechanic there just fixed in five minutes for $ 15.00. That happened twice. The second time confirmed the brutal dishonesty of people from this shop. They just want to empty your pocket for a sales. This shop lost me as a customer. I have had absolutely no problems with the flat tires after fixing. That further proved people from this shop are knowingly full of lies.

Absolutely the worst place I’ve ever done business with. Customer service in that location is nonexistent. If you want honesty and integrity run as fast as you can from that place.

good honest guys here, they were extremely busy but still managed to squeeze me in for and oil change, tom suggested that my injection system needed attention and showed me this q tip loaded with black soot, he then carefully explained to me why this happens and what they do to fix it, i really didnt have the extra time that day to do this so he made a appointment for me, well i showed up that day and he was very excited to see me and now my car runs awesome and mpg went up just like he told me it would. Just by experiencing his cheerful and honest personality i really cant see someone else speaking bad about this guy, i will be back again to do my brakes next due to a sqeeking noise and i will trust there judgement on what to do.

Those people are scams. They will destroy your car. they lie to you about the quotes, they will charge you a different price at checkout and threaten you to put bad parts back to your car if you don’t accept. That’s what the store manager Tommy did to me, be careful to go to this place. Those people are liars and scams from top to bottom.

I brought my car here a few times, despite my better judgment. There was some kind of damage every time I left that place. I once went there to have my tires rotated, and they stripped my lugs. Another time, I was there for an oil change. I asked them to check the life of my battery and was told that it still had plenty of life left. After returning home from running errands that day, my car died… It needed a new battery (SMH). The last straw was when I went there to rotate my tires again (stupid me), and after getting on the highway I hear something scraping on the pavement. I get out of the car and noticed a plastic piece behind my bumper was hanging and now smelled of burned rubber. I was already on my way out of state, and they were now closed, so I had to stop by a small shop where a gentleman was kind enough to zip tie the pieces together so I could make the rest of my trip. I, of course, complained to corporate and the shop manager wasn’t too happy about that. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Never again!

Always accomodating, even when they are swamped! They are very fair and honest. We do auto body repair and have used their tire and alignment services for years and they stand behind their work.

Been going here for 2 years. This location is great for oil changes, slapping on a new set of competitively priced tires, and other routine services.
Every time I make an appointment I make sure to arrive on time (or a few minutes early) and I am taken care of right away, unlike other shops where it seems like it doesn’t matter if you made the appointment or not. I go out of my way to go here when there are closer shops nearby because I know I will be taken care of!

Services I’ve had performed have included the purchase of new tires, oil changes and brake services. Each of these services have been performed quickly, correctly and for a fair price.
I recommend them without hesitation.

I had an appointment for an oil change. When I got there, there were 4 guys in the shop and 1 at the service desk on the phone. I stood at the service desk for 10 minutes without the Goodyear employee working there so much as acknowledging me. It took 5 minutes for someone else to come ask if they could help, and I was then told «hold on, he’ll help you.» After standing there for 10 minutes with no acknowledgment from the employee who was supposed to be helping me, I turned around and left. He should’ve put his customer on hold, greeted me, and taken the 2 minutes to get my oil change under way. These guys have great prices, but my time is worth money, and I pay for service. I lost one and didn’t get the other, and will not give them my business in the future.

These guys are awesome. I bought some (pre-​mounted) wheels and tires on
. I just needed them swapped out with my current set for the winter. The shop staff is very friendly, and while the swap took a little longer than I would have liked (they’re busy!), they did a fine job with everything.
They even hand-​torqued all of the wheels, and said to come back in 30 or 50 miles (can’t remember which) to get them torqued a final time (for free!).
Oh, and they are the cheapest around!
I can not recommend them enough! I’m using them again to get the summer wheels put back on.
