Very pathetic, disgusting and smelly. The wait time is terrible. Also, their accounting department is useless. They will never negotiate your bills, will bully you over the phone and refer you to collection agencies without even sending you their pending bills. I would highly recommend you go to this place if you want to deal with a shitty accounting department who believes in ruining your credit without even sending you your pending bills.

Dr. Etheridge is amazing, such a wonderful doctor. She’s the sole reason we come to this practice! However, the office management and staff leave a LOT to be desired. The folks answering the phones can be rude, curt, and argumentative. If you have a non-​urgent medical issue, it can literally be months before you get an appointment. It took them over 2 years (and countless complaints) to change my name in their system after I was married. More recently, it took them over a month to transfer my records to a specialist for treatment.

I wrote a review before my mother had seen Dr. Chevalier — based on my experience with her office staff — which was wonderful. After reading some of the other criticisms of her staff, I wonder if there’s been a turn over. Because my experience has been nothing but positive. She is simply the best doctor I’ve ever dealt with. After dealing with her over several months with my mother, I told her I wanted to switch from my PCP over to her and she informed me that she’s only taking homebound patients now. Says a lot about who she is as a person and as a doctor. Her staff has been incredibly supportive and capable as well. Can’t say enough good things about her. She even called one night at 10:00 when my mother had an issue to tell me that she’d called in a Rx just in case I wanted to get started on treatment ASAP. An extraordinary doctor with a great staff…

I bring one of my clients to this office. Doctor Ethridge is very nice and competent… that is the only reason I gave this office 2 stars. The office itself… disgusting. I have had to wait ridiculous amounts of time for the doctor to come in the room, over an hour at one point! Unacceptable! Not to mention the exam rooms I have been in were dirty, dingy and smelled very bad… which for a healthcare facility truly is appalling. Hopefully my client switches doctors so I no longer have wait forever in gross rooms!

I have been a patient of Doctor Cara (Smith) Chevalier’s for almost 7 years now. She is a great doctor. She is caring, down to earth. Explains things so you can understand it. She listens to you. She really cares about her patients. Your not rushed. You can tell she loves her job. Her medial assistant Nancy is awesome. They make you feel comfortable, relaxed. No one likes going to the doctors but it makes all the difference in the world when you feel comfortable with your doctor. Knowing she has your best interest at heart.

My Dr has her office here. Its nice and clean. She moved from a crazy part of Malden and this location is so much nicer and easier to park there is always the cutest kids in the lobby. I love this location and I love that it is not in the middle of traffic.

I have been to this place before as a weekend referral from my regular doctors” practice and have always been pleased with service and advice. The hours are so convenient. But now it will become my primary health service because Dr. Cara (Smith) Chevalier has been added to their staff. I can’t say enough about her caring manner and down to earth approach about health care. I am hoping her assistant Nancy will be there too as they are a great combination affording accessibilty and exceptional intelligent care.
