As Interlude is Celebrating 15 years in 2012, we pride ourselves on a few things. Superior Customer Service, Attention to Detail and Comfort.

We want you to feel free to express your needs from Brazilian waxing to the placement of your Foils and everything in between. We pay attention to your valuable time as well as addressing your appearance concerns. If you are not sure of what is best, we’ll help you figure that out as well. The Interlude Staff keeps a file on all of our clients to ensure that our results are consistent (not just hair color clients or facials. All clients) What products you are sampling with those results etc…

Business Owner

Michelle Rizzo Hill started as a freelance makeup artist in 1990, Trademarking her cosmetic and skin care line Optimum Essentials. She has trained under one well known artist in Boston as well as one of Chicago’s artist to the stars. Michelle’ s Camera– Ready Bridal, Supermodel Makeup and Waxing techniques are impeccable. Becoming a Cosmetologist and opening a salon has been her main focus since 1997. The Interlude Staff is held to high standards with quarterly freshers as they retain most customers that come through their doors. Interlude was voted One of the Best for waxing in WBZ-TV’s City Voter Contests as well. Being Malden’s first Day Spa, it is a hidden gem for many who rather not go into Boston for «Quality» Michelle has been quoted in SpaFinder Magazine for Interlude’s Signature Facial which includes a Pancreatic Enzyme with instant results. She cares about each customer’s experience and the entire team aims to please!
