Malden Broadway Auto Body

I went to Malden Broadway Auto Body after I received terrible service from a different auto body shop. At this previous shop that I went to not only did they not do the work that they were supposed to do but the work they did do was done poorly. When I took it to Malden Broadway Auto Body not only did they complete the work that was not done by the previous auto body shop but they also fixed all of the mistakes and poor work that was done on my car. In addition to them completing all of the work at a very a high quality the customer service at the shop was second to none.

Horrible. Do not get your car detailed here, it will be worse then when you dropped it off. They do not wash, only grind in the dirt so your car is all rough and lack luster. I have to take it to a real detailing place now to use clay to get out all the crap, re-​wax, and then detail the car which Malden Broadway Auto body did not do and I have the pictures to prove it.
I purchased an SUV auto detailing from Groupon and as soon as I found the place I knew it was shady. I had to make the appointment a month in advance. I drove 45 min to get there and once I found this small garage and they asked for my groupon voucher I went to pull it up on my phone there was no service. So they told me I would have to make another appointment and come back! I had already paid for it on Groupon and said I shouldn’t have to lose my appt because the site is down, which the guy verified on his computer, was temporarily down. The appointment takes 2 – 3 hrs so I said I’m sure Groupon won’t be down all day can we try again. He said no they can’t. I asked to talk to the manager. He called his uncle. Uncle said no also. I said I would pay them to do the work, and if site is back up before I leave use the voucher. Reluctantly they went ahead. Its like they just didn’t want the work.
Then, when my car came back 2 hours later, there was still the coffee that I had spilled down the leather seat which could have been wiped off, crud visible in all the seat creases, doesn’t look like anything was done to the leather seats or black dash. Dirty all on top and under the car and in wheels. White paper towel bits dusting the whole car along with thick white streaks from not buffing well. I ran my had over it and it was black with dirt. They said well its outside. I said I just bought a $ 200 detailing service to clean it. I took my thumb and spit and went over spot after spot of dirt removing it saying this is what I paid for so please just wash my car. They said no they buff it and that gets out everything. I said well its messed up, so I’m giving you a chance to fix it. They said no you can just get your money back from Groupon and walked away. I went and pointed out the damage the did to my car and said I’m not just going to get my money back I want my car washed and I’ll be filing with the BBB.
