Spic and Span Cleaning Company

Bought a deal of Spic and Span cleaning service from Groupon and was planning to use it to have my condo cleaned before the new tenant moves in. At first, I went to the website and submitted a request form about the cleaning arrangement, no one returned email or phone call. I then made a direct phone call, no one picked up so I left a message. Still no response. I contacted Groupon about the issue, and I guess Groupon contacted the owner on my behalf… the owner called me on the same day and we arranged an appointment in 2 weeks to have the apartment cleaned. The day before the service, the owner called to confirm the time and location for the next day service. On the day of the service, I took a day off work and arrived to the apartment 1 hour earlier to throw away some trash and unwanted furniture. After 1 hour, no one showed up… I gave them another half an hour thought they might get lost or stuck in traffic, still no one came. I tried to call them several times, phone calls were not picked up; left them a voice mail, it was not returned… I started cleaning the apartment myself a little bit while waiting, after 2 hours, still nothing… I’m going to request a refund of the deal from Groupon and never use this service again!
