AT&T Authorized Retailer

let me just start out by saying that i was employed by at&t back in the 1980’s and i am currently one of the technicians who actually builds their cell sites. — do not use at&t as your carrier. they have lousy service and horrible customer service !!!. we have four phones and two tablets and we get terrible service at our home. unless you are in an urban area coverage stinks, they charge you outrageous fee’s for everything !!! and wait times for customer service are always a minimum of 5 minutes !!, when you do finally get someone on the phone you can’t understand them, nor can they understand you !!!, they always tell you how sorry they are but they never do anything about your complaint. a typical customer service call takes at least 26 minutes and always ends up with them trying to up sell you and get you to purchase more data !!!, we originally signed up for a 10 gig plan but they talked me into getting 40 gigs for the price of 20 gigs. when i asked to go back to the ten gig service (due to cost) they told me they do not offer ten gigs anymore and i must get 5 or 15 gigs of data. i call that the bait and switch — which i believe is illegal … i will be switching to sprint this week, do yourself and your family a favor and go with a different carrier !!!

Verizon is way faster internet. Don’t lie on commercials! You are not the fastest internet. My grandma is faster than you guys.
