Brought my car in for an oil change after making an appointment online. Sat for over an hour watching my car still sit in the parking lot. When I asked how much longer the manager said that it would be another hour until they could even work on my car. The tech apologized when I left but I would have loved to know that I was in for a 2 hour wait before I sat down. I went to the tires plus a block away and they changed my oil in less than 20 minutes.

Brad and Chris were great!!! I came in to get 2 tires due to flats and they informed me about a 4 tire special which saved me tons of cash!!! They also let me know everything I needed for my work vehicle which was a life saver in these winter conditions!!!

Just took the car in for inspection and maintenance the management John was very nice and the tech Larry was awesome he should me things that I will need down the road and some. Maintenance items to get done I will be back soon

I went in for my annual inspection. Unfortunately my check engine light was on and PEpBoys determined that I have 5 error codes that would need about 1200 $ worth of services to repair. They refused to pass emissions test until I signed up for their repairs. I went to a local shop for a second opinion and they said it was just one error code that needed an oxygen sensor replacement. The local shop wrapped it all up in 300 $.
Update 04⁄01: The manager called to apologize and said they should have run an engine diagnosis test even before recommending any services. He offered to fix the problem and more.
