I’ve brought my skinniest heels (the ones that take the hardest beating!) here for replacement tips a few times already. It’s $ 15 per pair, and he usually has them done within a week. My shoes always look nice and new when he returns them. The new tips lasted about a year before I had to bring them back again. They do accept credit cards, but cash is preferred for purchases under $ 25.

A few months ago I took some really worn down heels to Pisano and Son’s and they did an incredible job replacing the tips and repairing where they were worn. There was a pair that seriously looked brand new when I got them back. I will definitely be returning.
