My garage door would not open, I called Precision and I was able to get an appointment the same day. Our technician was Ricardo Clerigo, he was very professional, knowledgeable and an exceptional worker. He clearly explained what was broken and immediately fixed the problem.
I have used Precision twice now and I would highly recommend Ricardo and Precision for any garage door repair or maintenance work.

I was very impressed with Precision Door Service. I called on a Thursday and was able to schedule an appointment for an estimate two days later. Francisco, the technician, arrived on time and called ahead. He was extremely knowledgeable and clearly explained all of my options. Even though he was only there to provide an estimate, he ended up having all of the parts in his truck needed to repair my garage door. He completed the job in less than an hour and ensured that I was completely satisfied with the work. Francisco was professional, courteous, and friendly. I will definitely use Precision Door Services in the future when I am ready to replace my garage doors!

My 300 plus pound wood garage door had come of the tracks and was hanging by the cables and belt. Rick from Precision came out the same day I called with my emergency. He and another tech got my garage door working and sounding better than it did before. Rick was very helpful and friendly. He did a great job. Garage door remotes started fading a few days ago and finally stopped working. I called Precision Door in the morning as I had very good experience with them in the past on a different problem. They promised to send a technician the same day. Ricardo came and explained that the motor (over 25 years old) required replacement. He had all required parts in his truck and did the replacement installation, plus a few other enhancements, in about an hour and a half. Ricardo is very knowledgeable and helpful and did an excellent job. Overall I am very pleased with the work performed.

This is the only service to use in Westchester! Polite, immediate response and so accommodating in scheduling. But the main reason is the superb, knowledgeable and professional service. Travis is exceptionally capable, knew exactly which approach to take with my garage door problems. I’ve had a garage door that really needed basic servicing for a while now. I saw a commercial on Channel 12 and made a call. I was given an immediate appointment for the same day. I was given a basic quote which would be approved once the technician reviewed the situation and confirmed the quote. Travis was informative, professional and thorough. Thoroughly impressed by the service received by Precision Garage Doors. Having tried (and failed) to fix an issue myself related to weather sealing my door, then called another company who said, «nothing could be done» Precision Doors quickly and cost-​effectively solved things. Their engineer, Rick was both knowledge and polite and provided plenty of advice above and beyond my issue. I will use them again for future problems.

Called Precision Door when my garage door wouldn’t close and got an appointment for the next day. I’d requested for a phone call to give me at least a half hour heads-​up prior to arrival. Travis called the next day to give me an approximate time that they will be at my house, and then called again to confirm the exact time. I really appreciate the courtesy calls.
Both Travis & Vince were friendly, courteous and very helpful. I was informed of the problem and given the solution, in addition to advise on other parts of the garage doors. I approved the work to be done and was even able to go get some grocery shopping done!
All in all, very happy with the job and will definitely recommend them. Thank you, Travis & Vince!

I called shortly after Christmas. They arrived the same day, only a few hours after my call. Ricardo called ahead to make sure I’d be there, just in case I was out running an errand. He arrived on time and quickly figured out what’s wrong. He was smart, polite, and courteous. After showing me his estimate on a nifty Samsung tablet, I approved with a swipe of my finger. Within an hour he was done. My doors now work like a charm, and I had a nice followup email with a detailed invoice waiting in my inbox. Couldn’t be happier.

First time using Precision Doors and it was a surprisingly great experience. Our door technician, Ricardo Clerigo, showed up at 8am found the issue with our door right away and replaced the broken part. He instructed us on what other parts to get for the door because ours is pretty old and the older parts would break down as well since «they would be doing double the work of the new part» is what he said. He was patient as I was trying to debate on whether spending the extra cash would be a good choice, but it was definitely worth it. I’m definitely recommending Ricardo and Precision to all my friends.
