Once again Ralph and staff proved their honesty and integrity– My car was recently fixed after an accident and the engine was noisier than it has been and I noticed a vibration that wasn’t there previously. I asked Ralph to check and see what; if anything; was causing the noise/​vibration. Now, he could have told me that any number of things were wrong– but after a very careful and thorough check– he told me everything seems just fine. I have been bringing my cars to Soundview for over 20 years and will continue to do so because I trust them implicitly and always get prompt, friendly and professional assistance.

Soundview is amazing! My fiancé and I broke down on our way to Boston from Philly, and after reading some great reviews on Soundview, had our car towed to their location the night we broke down. They were able to take us first thing the next morning, figured out what the problem was and fixed it right away so we could get home later that day. Thank you again to al the wonderful and kind people at Soundview!

Been a customer for over 20 years. Never have had a problem during that time. The Parentes are honest, helpful and have good suggestions for keeping my cars running smoothly. You can’t go wrong with these guys. And their gas price ain’t bad either. They’re usually the lowest or within 2 cents of the lowest in the area.

I wish I had a Soundview Center for every aspect of my life. I never have to second guess, or worry. After decades of being a customer, I continue to be impressed by the professionalism and skill and kindness of this business. If you stand in the station for more than two minutes you start to realize that so many of their customers feel and act like family — because they treat us that way. Even when I don’t want to take the time to learn exactly what’s going on with my car, and what my options are, the Parente’s insist I be aware and involved in decisions. I have used other garages when out of town and I know the difference. Yes, you might get a lower quote on some procedures elsewhere, but are there hidden surprises? The integrity and knowledge and honesty I’m sure of here are worth any price to me. I came in for a scheduled oil change and was told I must be driving less and to drive another X number of miles before they do the oil change — WHO DOES THAT?! When choosing the 5 stars, Unilocal notes «Woohoo! As good as it gets!» I’m completely comfortable with that as the title of my review!

I went in for an oil change and was charged $ 60. They added something to the oil that I didn’t ask for and charged me an extra $ 20. That’s just bad business.
