I SAVED 65%!!! Just went there today. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, but give them a chance. Every store I went into had 50% and more off. I might have just caught «end of season» sales, but the deals were awesome. The stores are clean, neat, and well organized. The staff at each store is friendly and helpful. Because the outlets don’t look like much (and there are a lot of empty stores) they don’t seem to attract many people. Here are the stores that are currently there:
Carters, Oshkosh, Pandora’s Box (silver jewelery), Happy Paws (pet supplies), Sight Savers (optometry), Kim’s Jewelery, Manasquan Art & framing, Nautica, Weiss Boots, Crystal Nails, Hippie Chicks, Izod, Giftsteria, Bass, Simonettie Sporting Goods, Van Heusen, Bön Worth, Jones NY and Jones Sport, Hanes, and Jockey.
Unfortunately Mikasa and Corning are no longer in the outlet business and have closed all their stores.

It is pretty lame BUT the Mikasa outlet is cool and you can actually save quite a bit of money there in dishes if you are into that.
