Changing my review of this location — not likely to return. They don’t honor the coupons they hand out, and change your order(to whatever they think you’re entitled to) without telling you. It’s not like they have so many customers that they can afford to alienate the few they have.

Just got back from this Arby’s. I specifically asked if the chicken was fresh. I ordered a chicken sandwich at this location 2 months ago and it was terrible. The chicken had been sitting out and was old and dry. This time the cashier said it would take about 5 minutes to make my sandwich. I assumed that meant it would be fresh. It wasn’t. It took about 2 minutes, the chicken in the sandwich was cold. Service was OK, not rude, but not friendly or polite. I now realize it’s worth it, to go to the Chantilly Arby’s to get a good sandwich. This Arby’s is not good.

Edited review– down to one star for Arby’s Florida drive thru promoting an anti-cop culture. It’s true it only takes one apple to spoil a bunch, and Arby’s should be more careful about the type of people they hire in the future. I’ll have my roast beef without the political/social commentary along with it. Arby’s needs to come out big with something that shows they support our police officers around the country. A press release with an apology falls short. #ThinBlueLine I ordered at the drive thru. They were slow and the female at the window was neither fast nor friendly. I thanked her as she handed me my food, and her response was, «mmm-hmmmm.» Yikes, either it’s a miserable place to work or she was having a bad day. She seemed annoyed that I didn’t have exact change when I handed her a $ 20. I truly didn’t have any coins in my car to make exact change. Will drive past this location next time.

OK just opened it is 10:00 tables dirty. Wanted the sour dough toast egg and cheese… guess what they have no eggs. Smuh… Not to mention we stood for better than 5 minutes with no one even greeting us and asking for our order even though we were the only customers at the time. Who runs their business this way?

Waited 15 minutes for a farm fresh chicken salad. No customers ahead of me. Finally chicken came out and was still pink inside. After waiting that long I asked for my money back. The cashier told the manager, he walked over and opened the cash register and just handed me my money back. He didn’t offer apologies, or food for my bad experience. Terrible! He was not personable or obviously trying to be proactive in rectifying the situation. I told him he may want to change the way he treats those situations to keep customers coming back. He then offered to make me a fresh salad, which is what he already attempted to serve me or another menu item. I walked out with nothing. I won’t be eating there again!

So slow. There was next to no line but they could get things moving, even with ample staff. They had one cash register open and the woman running it was surly and slow. She would disappear running down orders for a minute or so, fulfill the order then wonder off before coming back to take the next order. The food was good but overall it was a painful experience.

Simply horribly customer service !!! On 3÷24÷2015, a friend and i decided to go to Arby’s since we received coupons in the mail. I am not a big Arby fan cause i am not into meals centered around roast beef. She convinced me to go and inside we went. The moment we walked in that door, the employee, a black male standing there right off the bat started with this thick attitude. He absolutely turned his head as if not to see us at all! We walked up to the counter and he proceeded with this attitude as he looked in the opposite direction over towards the drive through. He would make no acknowledgment and finally he leaned over the register and still looking in the opposite direction mumbled under his breath, welcome to Arby’s or so i thought that is what was muttered! We were checking out the menu above and i was reaching for my coupon and money in my pocket. He continued looking in the opposite direction. He had this odd smirk if you will. Finally my friend said, give us a minute to look. He immediately stood up and moved his body back against the metal partition where the food is sent out. Still all the while looking the opposite direction. I walked to my friend and said lets get the heck out of here and go someplace else. She said you want to go? I said yes, lets go! We walked outside and i said did you see the attitude displayed by that guy ??? She said yes, but i wasn’t sure if it was just me or if he was being an overt jerk! I said oh yeah i noticed. So finally she said, i want to talk to the manager. So, we walked back inside. He still didn’t want to acknowledge us and my friend said can you get a manager out here? He spoke into the mike thing and said, manager in front. He said, something i can help you with? She said no thanks you have helped enough! The manager came out and my friend immediately started telling the manager how he acted the moment we stepped foot in the front door. She said he never once looked our way and had this odd smirky look as he turned his head sideways. She said he might be having a bad day, but once you come to work you leave all that behind!!! There was no excuse for his behavior. Then i spoke up and told him how he turned his head the moment we walked in. The employee then spoke up, you said you wanted a minute to look so i gave you a minute. My friend retorted, NO, THATWASAFTER you started with your attitude. He threw his hand outward toward the manager and said, you take care of it! Walked off. I have to admit i have had bad service at businesses before, but this is a first where you could cut the room because of the thick glow of this unexplained hostility and attitude! The manager said could i get you something to eat? My friend said, No, we are going some place else, i wouldn’t want him touching my food now. I never plan to step foot in that dump again!!! I then tried in vain to find a working number where i could talk to a live person at a regional or corporate office. Everyone refuses to return calls.

Slow, drive thru window made for people with trucks, not cars! 10 mins for 4 milkshakes?

I really like going to this Arby’s. The staff are extremely pleasant no matter what time of day, any day. They always speak clearly and understand my order. They get it right. I get offered condiments and a quick turnaround. My food looks appetizing as well. There is no reason for me to stop visiting this store.

Eaten here twice and both times it took 10 – 15 minutes to get the food, when they weren’t even busy.

I’ve had better, but I’ve definitely had worse. I had one of their sandwiches and I was unimpressed. The flavor was very monotone and not as fresh as I’m used to. The fries and the sweetened iced tea were okay.

My husband were in the area after we saw a movie and needed some grub fast. I was getting HANGRY! I was thinking Subway but my husband didn’t want that because we had subs the night before. He saw Arby’s and I agreed because it had been years since I had been to one. It was fairly dim parking lot and when we rolled in we were the only ones in line with maybe 1 – 2 other couples/families eating their meals. As I had mentioned I haven’t been to an Arby’s in a long time so I didn’t know they had salads here. I ordered the roasted turkey farmhouse salad. I had asked for no cheese and it took them 3 times to get right. Ugh very frustrating. Overall though, the salad was decent b My husband ordered the ruben meal and got their seasonal chocolate mint shakes. The roast beef ruben was good. The chocolate shake was strange. The shake had used Andes mints but still tasted very generic. I wouldn’t recommend getting that shake. My husband was a little disappointed in his choice

Two and a half stars, didn’t ring the bell. Service was friendly, though the teen staff were definitely confused. Evidently asking for a paper bag is beyond mortal comprehension, and understanding the proper way to wipe down tables is why the boy’s mum sent him here to learn before college. Bread for my French dip sandwich wasn’t quite fresh but everything else was fine. Au jus was a bit saltier than usual from reduction, I pounded like 18 oz of water in one sitting. Parking lot is a bit cramped for navigation, there’s really only room for one lane of traffic outside the drive-thru… but fortunately it’s middle of nowhere. It’s fast food, I was introducing my brother to the sandwich’s concept, and sometimes mailer coupons are how your family rolls.

I used to be a big fan of Arby’s but in the last few years I’ve been disappointed with the food quality and service at Arby’s. I was pleasantly surprised today and the food was fresh and the quality was pretty good for fast food. I’ve been wanting to try the new steak house onion rings and I had a taste for chicken fingers. The onion rings were fresh and crispy. They are by far better than any other fast food onion rings. The chicken fingers were ok but not great. The chicken was a little dry and on the bland side, about average for fast food. The arbys sauce(bbq sauce) was a disappointment and too sweet. The service was very good and the cashiers were all friendly. This location deserves more like 3.5 stars. If the chicken had been better I would have bumped the review to 4 stars. My love of Arby’s has been renewed.

I eat at this location on a regular basis and I’m generally satisfied with the food. It is usually the same tasty fair I expect and the service is usually satisfactory. The dining area is clean and nice and I have no complaints.
