Somebody might want to teach the manager on how to politely talk to a customer here! I wanted to use a coupon but I felt like I was robbing them or something! Wow! The only time I buy something is if I use a coupon, if that is painful to you then I will go and shop some place else!

I’m a regular customer at this location and for the most part my experiences here have been positive. The store is a standard strip mall location and it does a good job suiting my needs.
The store is well organized, clean and I never have trouble finding what I need. The selection is good and they keep my favorite scents in stock.
The staff is just okay. I’ve come to expect a high level of customer service from BBW and I feel that sometimes this store comes up short in this area. Maybe it’s because I’m a guy, but that shouldn’t be a reason to not provide a high level of service.
If you’re a regular shopper at BBW like me, it’s critical to be on their mail and email lists so you can receive the many money saving coupons they distribute.
I will continue to frequent this location as I’m a big fan of BBW.

I picked up several bottles of Bath & Body Works hand soap here in various colors to match the color schemes of three different bathrooms.
While I found what I was looking for color-​wise — the Bath & Body Works soaps will have to remain a short-​term solution. I have communicated to them in the past that they need to offer hand soap refills — so that you don’t have to keep buying these tiny bottles over and over. However, they don’t appear to be interested in this feedback. They have ignored the e-​mail I sent to their corporate office suggesting they offer large refill bottles. I guess I need to take Cynthia R’s previous recommendation on hand soaps.
The four stars are for the quality of the soaps only — I like the way they feel and smell.
