Established in 2000.

The company was founded on the premise that it would only provide very focused, hands-​on, experiential training tailored to address each clients’ specific needs. We continue to do so today. Our mission is simple: to affect change through our programs, providing results and creating success for our clients. We recognize that our success is in your success.

We provide effective, results-​driven education and training solutions that allow our clients to excel in today’s business climate. Our team of learning professionals is comprised of experienced program designers, adult educators and trainers with a solid understanding of the intricacies of workforce development and corporate learning. We utilize these skills as we customize each program to address the specific issues and needs of each client.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

Debra Rapone has been successfully creating and delivering programs for academic, association and corporate environments for over 30 years. She has a solid background in adult education and learning, workforce training and program development. She is co-​developer of The Smart Negotiator!® and is an accomplished effective and dynamic trainer. Prior to starting the education and training firm bc&j solutions, Ms. Rapone served as director of education for a large manufacturing trade association, where she also launched and directed the association’s education and training foundation. The negotiations insights from which she draws stem from extensive experience in negotiating contracts with hotels, speakers, trainers and consultants, as well as a multitude of vendors, including publishers, printers, graphic designers, illustrators, and copy editors. Ms. Rapone received a graduate certificate in Arts Management from The American University in Washington DC and also holds a Bachelor of Arts.
