History

Established in 2012.

My business was started to serve the housing needs of friends and family. They were asking for the information about where to live, where to shop, and where to vacation. Being a resident of 12 years, I was able to share my resources with them enjoyed helping them. Being a real estate investor myself, I understood the need to work with someone you trust. Exsisting relationships created an opportunity for friends and family to finance property, manage property and invest in property. My relationships with lenders and contractors in the area created synergies for buyers, sellers, and investors. It made sense to start the business and share my resources with others.

A combination of high-​tech with high-​touch, Chad lives in Haymarket, VA with his wife named Joanne and dog named Emma. His many interests include sports activites and spending time with family. He can be found in Snowshoe, WV on the slopes snowboarding in the winter. He can be found on the lake during the summer waterskiing and wakeboarding. He enjoys running tough mudders and is always looking for new variations on fitness training. Favorite past times include tennis, hiking, and mountainbiking.
