It’s definitely the worst place to buy a car from. One thing is all of there car a lemon they all say clean title but they have never been report, and I’m saying that after I bought a 2014 mustang that needs 4k worth if work on the body and alot of engine work done to the car the worst part is my friends dad owns is n he lied stright to my face about the car so I don’t know what he would do to someone that’s just there to buy a car. Honestly it’s not even worth going there they will charge almost 4k for reconditioning fee for a car that they didn’t spend more than 400 to make it look presentable if I were u I’ll pay the extra money to get something with way less headache than them.

I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN! Use extreme caution! You must know going in that their cars are auction cars that have NOT been looked over. They sale junk, talk fast, and are not very knowledgeable about their products or services. They are the epitome of the hole in the wall slimy used car dealership. My experience: Had an add from USAA for a car from there (which made me believe they were reputable). After some negotiating we agreed on a price. The negotiator acted like he was on the phone with the owner, another guy he identified as the owner, foreign, oh yea forgot to mention, they’re all foreign and speak to each other in their native tongue in front of you. Not good business. Anyway, the «owner» comes from out of no where like the Wizard from Ozz, stands with a big smile on his face and nods but does not say a word when they agree to my price. For all I know the «owner» was the janitor. So we agreed on a price, now the warranty… they tell me my car could be covered. I call their warranty co. while I am there and find it would not be covered due to turbo. The give ME the number of a guy from another warranty co. He’s pissed at the dealership since they have him playing second string. Finally get a warranty from another company. The paperwork was a mess, people were coming and going and talking fast all around me. They had NO IDEA about the titling/​registration specifics for my state. The car initially failed the VA safety inspection but when I picked it up the next day they had passed it. I took it back to MD it failed again! Needed Lower control arms and ball joints and sway bar links. I also will need to change the tires since the front two are two different brands, although close in design… and the rear two are different than the front two. It’s AWD, so they all need to be the exact same. Also had to get the oil changed. On a good note, they gave me $ 20.00 for gas when I picked up the car!!! So be careful, and be advised, they go by different business names and have a few dealerships in that building! They are scammers, take your money elsewhere. Please use my horrible experience as a warning and go elsewhere!!! They WILL rip you off! Trust me!
