I was referred to Dulles Glass by a friend and needed to get seamless glass doors in my master bath. So impressed by how organized this company is. I called one day and had an estimator measure by the end of the week to give me a quote. The technicians came in a week later and installed exactly what I was looking for. It’s great when you can deal with a service company and things go better than expected! Thanks Dulles Glass.

This is a wonderful place to find glass and mirrors cut to size. I measured my round antique outdoor mosaic table, discussed the purchase with Dulles Glass (i.e. how much was the leeway for their cutting process, whether or not to buy «bumpers» to place under the glass), placed the order for an odd size and within the week I received a beautiful, well-​packed, nicely edge polished and finished glass table-​top ready to use. And, it was a good price too (the standard sizes were cheaper). It was all so easy. No need to schedule a home visit. No need to drive out to their store. Just order from your computer and like magic I had a beautiful glass protector for my mosaic table. Thank you Dulles Glass and Mirror for such an excellent product.

First of all, I went to Gigantic Mirrors in October– they have the worst services of all! Don’t go to them they don’t care about their customers. Got my refund asap…
However, Dulles Glass knows how to treat people. My delivery process was a disaster– and I had every reason to be mad. Dulles Glass stayed in contacted with me– and worked out the delivery issues. They even gave me a credit for the inconvenience. Again my circumstances were unique– I purchased 1000lbs. mirrors, and the delivery company they use just didn’t have the man power or experience to handle this order.
Regardless of the fact– Rob D. was the kindest and attentive person. I’m getting my mirrors tomorrow and even if I don’t get them I know there will be a solution and Dulles is on top of it .
My pole dancing students are going to be delighted with these mirrors!!!

Did an online order for a bathroom mirror and love the way they have their website set-​up, it takes you step by step on how you want your mirror made, size, color, edge, safety backing or not, choice of hardware to install it on the wall with or with adhesive. Very simple ordering process, it came within two weeks of ordering it, and they packed it for shipping, so it doesn’t get broken along the way — very nicely done. Our mirror looks great, nice quality, and easy to install. They have videos on their website and youtube, that show you step by step on how to install the mirror. They were cheaper then my local glass companies, which I couldn’t get it the way I wanted from them and why I looked online for another source and came across Dulles Glass website. I highly recommend them.

Within a day of posting this, John the owner called me to apologize and get it resolved. They sent a different crew two times and kept at it until they finally got the problem fixed.
So while a couple of individual employees made a poor decision and a manager failed to communicate, it’s clear that the ownership is strongly committed to customer service and stayed personally involved until the issue was resolved to our satisfaction.
Kudos for turning around a bad situation. We are going to use them again for another project.

Ordered a medium-​size beveled glass mirror to fit a hall tree we just refinished. The quote was only 3x what a ¼″ flat mirror would cost locally, and the required, long bevel really seemed reasonable. I hesitantly hit the shipping cost button and was enormously surprised shipping seemed to be included.
The mirror arrived days ahead of the stated schedule in a custom-​cut styrofoam/​cardboard shipping container. It was beautiful.
In every respect, I am very pleased with Dulles Glass and Mirror. They will be our first call for glass doors when we redo our bathroom.

I was in need of a custom-​sized plate of glass to go on top of an approximately 17×47 table. My first instinct was to go to one of the big chain hardware stores but learned that they only had pre-​cut plates of glass. So after searching online, I stumbled upon Dulles Glass’ website and placed an order online. Their online ordering system was very clear and easy, with lots of information and even videos to help explain the pros and cons of different glass thicknesses, glass types, edging and corner finishes. There were several different options and it seemed you could highly customize your order to meet your specific needs. You can also buy accessories for your order on their website such as rubber buttons and bumpers (which I did, saving myself a trip to the hardware store). My order was placed Tuesday evening and arrived fairly quickly on Friday. It arrived professionally and extremely well-packaged…like better packaged than weapons-​grade uranium. Okay, maybe not… but you get the idea (wish I took a pic). The glass itself fit perfectly on top of my table and the rubber buttons I ordered kept it in place while providing a slight cushion. Overall, great product and service. I’m thinking of mounting a circular plate of glass on another table and will be placing that order through Dulles Glass in the near future as well!

I purchased a new black wood kitchen table from Jordans Furniture (Boston Area) and was concerned about general scuffs inbetween dinning so I noticed (using google) that Dulles has an easy online order system. I was intrigued… ordered a 40′ beveled, glass, table top on May 30 and it arrived June 3 (today) like lightening and wrapped like it was Fort Knox… a bomb could not destroy this package.

The professionalism of the Dulles Glass crew is worthy of compliment — the two-​man team that came to install a glass shower door showed up on time, took care to put on booties over their shoes so as to not track dirt into the house, and carefully lifted the glass pane into the small new bathroom, taking care not to knock anything. They efficiently installed the glass door, and cleaned it, before leaving. I commend them for their professionalism and customer focus.

I was looking for a place that made custom sized table tops and came across this company on a google search. I was able to price it online with the specs I was looking for. Knowing nothing about glass, I was able to browse the site and it gave helpful info on types of glass, thickness, etc which helped make buying very easy. I compared the online prices to local stores and Dulles was priced waaaay better than local mom and pop shops in my New York City area. I did hesitate buying online and having glass shipped but it turns out the packaging was so well, I got it in perfect condition! Glass was shipped 3 business days after ordering via FedEx in styrofoam and then double cardboard boxed. Will buy again!!! Thanks Dulles!

I ordered a large mirror for over my vanity and a frameless shower enclosure and they managed to get neither of them right. I got three quotes and while Dulles was the most expensive, I wanted the job done right. I assumed if I paid more and got a quality job, it would be worth it. Unfortunately I paid for a quality job but did not receive one.
On ¹²⁄₁₁ they came to install the mirror and the shower doors. Mirror was too big and drywall was damaged as well as GFI outlet attempting to make it fit. The installer told me that the mirror wouldn’t fit unless I removed the sink faucets which would enable them to get the angle they needed. Told them I have no idea how to remove a faucet… that if they wanted to remove it and install the mirror that was fine. They opted to not do that and took the mirror back.
Shower door looked great, we waited two days to let everything set up. We used the shower and had a flood in our bathroom. Mopped it up with towels and told them they needed to come back for that as well.
12/20…new mirror comes. They cut it smaller than the old one. Brad, one of their managers I guess, called me on the phone while they were installing it and said that because the mirror was smaller there would be gaps. They could cover the gaps by installing a metal trim piece around the mirror. I said that would be okay and went upstairs to find the technician had already glued the mirror on the wall. The technician said that the trim pieces they were sent with could not be used on a beveled mirror, which is what we had. Okkaaayyyyy. Not happy.
Technician looks at the seals used for around the shower door and says «oh, the problem is the last technician used the bottom sweep seal on all three sides». Okaayyyyyyy. So he changes them out and says we should be fine.
So next morning, we take a shower and still have water on the floor. We spent a TON of money having our master bathroom taken down to the studs and redone and I am NOT happy that we have beach towels outside our shower door to stop the water.
Called and Brad said he would come out personally. I told him I could no longer justify taking leave from work to meet folks during the day so it needed to be a weekend appointment or a morning appointment. Brad said he would come at 7:30 on the 29^th which he did. He looked at the mirror and said that «we» should put drywall mud in the gaps so they weren’t as noticeable. Okay. Then he looked at the shower and discovered the new seal was coming off. He said the 2^nd technician must not have cleaned the edge properly and that’s why it wasn’t adhering. So now we need a 4^th appointment/​repair. He said he would try to set up something this week… keep in mind my shower is actually leaking. Reminded him I need a weekend or first thing in the morning appointment.
So…I get an e-​mail asking if January 8^th between 11 and 1 is acceptable. Are you freaking kidding me? Either he isn’t listening at all when I say I cannot do middle of the day or he doesn’t care. Not sure which is worse. I e-​mailed back that it was NOT acceptable. The appointment was also for a repair to the shower seal only. I asked about the mirror and the e-​mail response was «that will need to be taken care of by a contractor». Duh! I know that… can you please send one? You guys decided not to remove the sink faucets and instead cut a second mirror which is small. Your company is the one that came out and measured and the sink faucets were already in place. You measured, I paid, so make it fit and make it look good.
So at this point I’ve spent thousands and thousands on this bathroom… and every morning when I put on my make up I’m reminded that the mirror is too small and every time I take a shower I mop up the mess that Dulles Glass has left behind.
If I can take photos that show it well enough I will post photos of the gaps on the side of the mirror as well as my collection of wet beach towels in front of the shower door.
I will update this review when the shower issue as well as the mirror issue have either been taken care of by Dulles Glass and Mirror or I pay for someone else to come finish this.
UPDATE*****
It’s now the end of February. They came back and again replaced the seals in the shower and so far no leaks. The contractor came out as well and put either caulk or joint compound around the areas of the mirror where it was cut too small. I will say that did turn out well. They painted once they had patched and it’s almost perfect. I will always see the gaps because I know they are there but they are much less noticeable now.
John, the service manager (I think), has reached out to me to make sure that everything has been done to my satisfaction and to make sure there were no more leaks. So I do have to hand it to him for reaching back out. They also gave me a $ 100 discount because of the hassle factor.

I bought $ 220 worth of Troy Glass shelves (8“x30″), including Hardware.
My Round Trip to the Store in Manassas was 2 hours.
After, I drill holes, opened the boxes to find, no Hardware.
Another 2 hours of driving, to seek resolution or return, sigh!
However, they supplied the missing hardware and that helped. Expensive nevertheless.

I had just bought new bedroom furniture, and realized that the tops of the new night tables would end up just as scratched as the old ones if I didn’t cover them. So… I took a chance, measured my night tables, and ordered some quarter inch thick glass tops from Dulles to cover them.
What can I say? The glass tops arrived quickly in a large box, packed really, really carefully to prevent damage. They were just the right size, and my new furniture is now safe. Can’t ask for more than that.

I purchased new bedroom furniture and realized that I really miss the glass tops my old stuff had. So I made a trip to Lowes. only to find out they don’t do glass. So I took to the interwebs. I stumbled upon Dulles and the free shipping got me.
I was skeptical so just ordered a top for my 28×18 nightstand. Cost was reasonable and shipping to NC was super fast.
Glass arrived in tact with excellent packaging. Took me about 20 minutes to unpack it.
I will be back for the remaining pieces. I’m a fan.

I can’t say enough about the fantastic service at Dulles Glass. I was waiting and waiting at Lowes for someone to help me and a random person shopping suggested I go there. I went to visit and get pricing after seeing that they were running a special on frameless glass shower doors. Matt was really helpful and not at all pushy about making a sale. I ordered it the next day. They were able to squeeze in a measurement for me 3 days later on Christmas Eve and he even arrived a little early for the appointment. I had several emails confirming the entire process. I was amazed at how fast they had this done especially over the holidays. It was installed Jan 2^nd and again the crew was early for appointment! Nick & Alvaro did a fantastic job even double checking and making a great suggestion for me.

Service and follow up is terrible. Guys came out and took my time to measure and talk about a pretty large job over three weeks ago. They promised to get me something two weeks ago and never followed up. I finally sent them an email complaining about poor service and got a call back apologizing and promising to get back to me. That was 3 business days ago and now silence again.
Don’t waste your time. They must have more business than they need or customer service is not that important. Reston Glass is good and seems to actually want business.

Outstanding service at the store from Jose, who explained allof our shower door options. They sent a technician to accurately measure the walls, which were slightly out of line. They kept us in touch via email on progress and schedule for installation. The installers arrived as scheduled and did a thoroughly professional job. Everything was done quickly and they maintained a clean workplace. Our new shower door fully meets our expectations. We completely recommend this company for all glass work.

It’s one year later, and I just want to report that my glass shower enclosure still looks great! I have had no problems or issues with anything. It still looks exactly the way it did one year ago (granted, I do run a pretty clean ship). Dulles Glass did an outstanding job and I’m so happy I chose them. If my original review doesn’t convince you to choose them, I don’t know what would.
To Gene C: You clearly are an idiot. You think $ 470 is unreasonable to replace an entire storefront’s glass? Are you for real? You are a dick for taking out your dumbness on these nice people. Instead of telling people to get estimates first, maybe you should reasearch how much glass costs, moron.
