Electronic Plus

In this transaction with Desi, Electronic Plus stood out from the rest! I bought 2 JL 8s from Desi and they fit perfectly in my IS 350C. Blew a speaker before and this is a great replacement. He also gave me a great deal versus what I saw it was going for online. I will deal with them again in the future.

The customer service is amazing. But they are very busy on weekends. Be prepared for them to have your car all day. Installation is just slow

To whom it may concern.
I brought my car in to install Leds, and it was 5 pm that i brought my car in and i believe Johnny was the guy to tell me that they will be able to fix it real quick and will need to men to finish it as quick as possible. (Over the phone he said 80/​hour) This guy charged me 200 $ on the spot just because so i figured alright i assume you guys know what you are doing since he seemed very confident that he knows what to do.
before the installation i told them to let me go in and tell the installers where i would like the leds mounted at. I respect the whole you can’t go in due to insurance stuffs. Yes, i know but what really matter to me was making sure that the installer knew where to mount it. Obviously theses guys said «nope sorry we can’t let you in.»
So i waited two hours approximately. i was excited to see the outcome but obviously i couldn’t see really anything since it was day light still. and the leds were placed underneath my car. that night i looked at it and the leds were not mounted evenly on the other side. Every led mounted looked terrible. I just told myself these guys aren’t professional and i could have done a better job mounting it.
Money is not the issue with me but when it comes to 200 $ for just installation and two men working on it, and I am not a satisfy customer. They do not deserve that 200 $.
I went back the next day to get my refund back cause i hate dealing with «oh make an appointment to fix it.» Obviously the manager like «Nope we all make mistakes, no refund come back to fix it or don’t come» i told him «No, thats BS you can’t give me that, I saw you guys as professional and could have been more precise.»
He then talks smart with me saying «we are not robots»
i didn’t tell him this but i just told myself «robots mess up even worse, welcome to 2015, your installers could have at least used a ruler (measuring tape) and measured it to mount everything evenly» COMMON SENSE BRO.
THESE GUYS ARE TERRIBLE. THIS IS A WARNING. IF YOU DONT CARE HOW ITS INSTALLED GO FOR IT. BUT I WOULDNT RECOMMEND SOMEONE TO COME TO ELECTRONIC PLUS.

Came in and was immediately greeted by Chris and we talked over some options for my car he gave me information on all the amps and subs I was looking at came in the next day to get it installed the installer was a great guy did an amazing job his name is Todd when you come in make sure to get your work done by Todd always looking to help his customers and do the best work he can. I recommend this place to anyone looking to get an amazing install for a great price!

Stay away from this place!!!
They had to re-​tint my windows 3 times. The first time was the original time, only to find 1) after the 7 days of letting the adhesive cure, the corner of my window tint did not stick and 2) the color was a terrible «match» to the factory tint. So I had them redo it and this time they put the wrong percentage; and I am currently in the waiting room right now waiting for the results of the 3^rd time **this is supposed to be the charm, right?
Also, the larger gentlemen who seemed to be in charge was very rude and unwilling to accept the fact that the part of the tint that did not stick the first time… was actually their fault! He wanted to blame everyone under the sun and not accept responsibility and he acted as if I should be kissing his feet with appreciation for them fixing THEIR mistake.
I will not name any names because I don’t advertise for other companies, but, believe me, there are other companies in Manassas who do better tint jobs. I only went here because Sheehy of Manassas contracts with them and I got tinted windows worked into my car purchase. Sheehy needs to find a new vendor!!!

I’m a customer who called for days ago for an LED lights to get replaced on my headlight and the fog-​lights and I talked to somebody called Chris and he claimed to be the manager I can assure you that since day one I noticed that He have Bad attitude and bad tone and the way that he’s talking to me to the point that I thought that he had something going on on his personal life so I thought lets leave him for a day or two and will call him and I did today called in again he get a bad attitude And a very bad tone and at the end of the day I told him that I was about to be a loyal customer you guys going to have a special car but because of you know that will be my last time dealing with you if he’s a manager or not I can’t tell you that I can assure you Chris that you lost a good amount of money. And a good customer You could’ve probably don’t care about it but believe me I’ll make sure none of my friends none of my family none of my relatives will come and do business with the place and the people don’t appreciate the money or the businesses that we do with you guys … A copy of this email will be shortly send to the cooperation or whoever is Chris boss and will make sure that the Internet will be fed with this comments so people don’t get fooled .

Electronic Plus is absolutely terrible. I wouldn’t recommend anyone give this organization your hard-​earned money!
I went there because I was having trouble with my automatic start, car alarm and auto locks. (I assumed the problem was all related.) I believe I worked directly with the owner or manager, Johnny. Without actually looking at anything in my vehicle, Johnny said he could fix everything, not a problem and for a reasonable price. Perfect!
I went to the store the next day and decided I would wait for the service because «it shouldn’t take more than a few hours». (I brought along work because I was told they had wireless Internet. Only to find out no one, including the owner/​manager remembered the wireless password!)
Many hours later, I was called back to the work area only to hear they found a tail light out. When I asked about the actual problem, they indicated, «we haven’t even started to look into that yet. We like to give the car a ‘once over’ to ensure everything else is working ok».
Many hours after that I was called back to the work area again, with high hopes they resolved the original issue. No! I was told they don’t know what is wrong and tried to sell me an entirely new auto start and suggest I replace thousands of dollars worth of equipment (new auto locks and new alarm system). I said no thank you; I’d like to know what is wrong with my car.
I was told they would do more research and call me that week with a solution. I never heard from Johnny or Electronic Plus again. I was charged $ 80/​hour for many hours longer than quoted, only to be told I had a tail light out.
This store is terrible. They treated me like an idiot female. I regret ever stepping foot into this sexist and scam of a company. I highly recommend you don’t make the same mistake I made. Stay away from Electronic Plus!

I have nothing but good things to say about this business. I have a performance boat that I needed a new stereo/​DVD player installed. I had 2 separate unites and had a all in one unit that I had bought. I went to Safe and Sound before going to this place. Safe and Sound blew me off after telling me to come by. I then drove to Electronics Plus without an appointment. I met with Chris and told him what I would like done. I dropped the boat that day and it was ready the following day. They did a great job and installed it just as I asked. The price was very reasonable as well.
