Called there multiple times. Either nobody ever answers or I get put on hold for 20 minutes! No customer service or they just do not care about there business or the people that work there do not care about the customers. I will try somewhere else or Amazon is always open…

If I could give this store 1 star I would. They don’t care about the customers and do not strive for customer service. My daughter fell outside the store on their unsalted ICED over sidewalk and busted her face. This ended up being a laughing matter with one of the employees. The supervisor on duty called the store twice on her cell phone trying to reach the store manager trying to ask what to do. They wouldn’t take my information down at all. They had no compassion for us. I will be attending the Fair Oaks store where they acknowledge you and you don’t have to seek help.

Unfamiliar Business Model I went to this place one time. I ain’t going back. In fact every time we drive by this place we marvel at the fact that it’s still in business. The very fact that this place still exists confirms the existence of God(or stupid customers). I went in there to look for a discipleship book for someone who had just become a Christian. A book that outlines the pillars of the Christian faith that every young Christian should know. Nothin’. They didn’t have it. They had the top sellers in country club Christianity literature like Joel Osteen and Joyce Meyer and Rick Warren, they had some song books, they had some study books that one could use to facilitate discussion of a book in the Bible, and they had a lot of Bibles but they didn’t have a good foundational starter book. It’s a nice place. It’s a cool place with a lot of interesting books. I could enjoy walking through the isles and browsing the titles, and there are probably more than a few books on the shelves that I would like to read, but I won’t buy them at this place. The books in this place are vastly overpriced. For example, the most recent Christmas themed book by Sarah Palin, a must have, can be obtained for about 40% less on Amazon. Joel Osteen’s Best Life Now prosperity book is even less on Amazon. It’s just not prudent to buy things that are so overpriced.

Great Christian Bookstore I’ve been coming to for years with my family. They have a great selection of music, home décor, Bibles, books, & a lot of accessories/misc items. The staff is very helpful & friendly. The store is always clean & organized. This time inparticular, I was here to buy a new Bible. I found a great Bible, along with a Bible cover, & the prices were very good. I know you can order this stuff online or find a basic Bible at Walmart, but having a big selection & being able to read through it & see it in person was nice so that I knew I was making the right choice.

A very friendly christian bookstore with a large selection of christian items, books, figurines, wall décor, movies and audio cds. The staff were polite, courteous, and extremely helpful. I recommend this store highly!
