The care givers are wonderful to my mom, however, this review is my disappointment with the management of this office. I received two voice messages at work saying my payment wasn’t going through, then another message my mother’s care will be suspended. This was a day of her grocery trip visit, so after confirming she got her groceries, I inquired why I haven’t seen notice of problems of payments. In fact I received emails each week with again no indications of an issue. I paid my $ 200 balance and they only could tell me they were cleaning their records that day, I told them to cancel future visits, since they were so quick to threaten suspending the service. I didn’t like doing this, but without an apology or a willingness to talk to me about this event and tell me they are suspending service without notice… I can only imagine what is next. I actually had problems in the past where mom was left at the airport for several hours because the caretaker got lost. Getting a call from an elderly parent stranded should have been the first sign. I understand the caretakers are human and mistakes happen, but when I told them I shouldn’t be charged for those several hours where the caretaker wasn’t with my mom, I got the run around between finances dept and the office manager I gave up.
I want to share this experience as for you to take consideration when choosing this company. Again, I expected an apology from this office then I would get over it. because as I first mentioned the care takers are great with my mom. Now I am seeking services from another company.

Staff are all very pleasant. My mother has enjoyed interacting with each of the caregivers and looks forward to seeing them.

After interviewing a few firms, we went with Home Instead to provide care for my mom. We liked their flexibility of how many hours a day they will work. And that they are big enough to ensure coverage. My mom has dementia and tends to be pretty suspicious of most strangers, but she has liked everyone who has cared for her. I recommend them highly.
