My husband bought my engagement band from Kay. We took it in for the cleaning and inspection. Cindy Took her time looking at it and found that we needed the center diamond and some smaller diamonds tighten. I am so happy she took her time and found the looseness. We had a bad buying experience with the actual purchase with not being told about the interest free deal up front. Kay did correct the issue after 3 – 4 phone calls I made with their customer service department. They have good products and warrenty. Just be sure you know all the fine print up front, so you won’t be surprised as we were.

They seem to listen and are very helpful. Bought different items over the past 20 years. Always get good service and value for my money.

My Fiancée and I came here to pick out our wedding bands. We were helped by a lady names joyce?. She was helpful and definantly not pushy. We then came back a few months later for my birthday to upgrade my center stone diamond. I received my diamond and a month later I noticed a black carbon spot on the center stone. Kind of noticable. So I called the store and was told I can come by and they would see what they can do. Few days later we stopped by and the nice gentleman, i think the manager, helped us pick a diamond with less inclusions. I received my diamond in less than two weeks. I was really satisfied! I do recommend getting the warranty.

Not your best place for jewelry, by far. The guy there had no idea what he was talking about, so much so that I wonder how they ever sell anything unless people are really that clueless or just don’t care. Their idea of a «top of the line» diamond is some weird name that I’ve never heard of, with H color, SI1 clarity, ideal cut, and 1 karat for about 7−8k. They got it right on the cut, but that’s horrible color and clarity, and way over priced even for 1 karat diamond. And it’s not even in a platinum band! They don’t carry such things(the horror, something nice!) and kept pressuring us to soldier the rings together(this ruins rings, btw, and is an outdated practice for just that reason), not to mention being very pushy. He kept telling me I could«upgrade» my nearly perfect diamond in a platinum band to the junk they call top of the line. Pfft. I think not!
