I really don’t trust this place. We were so excited to come here, because the car I want (Mazda RX-​8) and the car my husband wants (Honda Civic SI) were both here. When I get there, the staff is a little weird and quiet, not like regular car salesmen. I tell them I’m interested in the RX-​8 and they toss me the key to test drive it. They want $ 7,777 for the car, but it’s only worth about $ 5,000 on KBB. So as I’m driving it, the RPM is constantly going up and down, and both times I made a u-​turn, I shifted into neutral as I waited for traffic to past and the car turned off each time. So I clarified that it wasn’t me letting go of the clutch that stalled it. As we get back from the test drive, once again, put it in neutral and pull the brake so we can check the motor, but as we’re looking at the motor, once again it stalls for the 3^rd time.
I ask the salesman why it’s stalling, and he goes «oh, uhhh I don’t know let me see» he looks at it for a couple minutes and goes «it’s just the alternator, yeah it needs a new one but that’s easy to fix we’ll fix that for you». My husband said he doesn’t think that’s the problem. Then we asked if he can have their mechanic check it out, he comes back and says the mechanic said that it will probably need a new motor, and then offers to take off $ 1,000. $ 6,777 for a rx-​8 that needs a new motor. I look up the car is on kbb and it’s only worth about $ 5,000 in good condition, and I showed him that. So we basically just lost trust in these guys after that. I don’t recommend coming here or getting a car for them.

Had really nice experience with this dealership with my audi a4 cabrilet! Great customer service, great warranty options and last but not least very competitive price on almost any cars! I strongly suggest you to go and see yourself if you are buying a used car!

Best place for used cars good price

I made the mistake of purchasing a car from here. Please do not do the same. Their website is very misleading. They work out of dirty trailer, highly unorganized employees, poor warranties. They owe me a rear wiper for my car and after over 10 calls to the trailer and personal phones, I realize I won’t be getting this wiper. I test drove one of their cars and it cut off during the drive. The car I did purchase I was told just had a full check up and maintenance. I had to take it to a local dealership 2 weeks later. I had many red flags I didn’t heed because I wanted to believe the employees were on the level. Again, do not make this mistake.

If you’re considering buying a car from these guys, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. My son bought a car there a few months back and has been regretting it ever since. You don’t expect perfection when purchasing a use car, but it’s not unrealistic to expect the seller’s warranty protection to provide the protection advertised.
You can’t swing a dead cat in Virginia without hitting a used car dealer. Some of them back their words with deeds. This is not one of them.
The service is lousy, they don’t return calls, and they pulled a «bait & switch» with the warranty protection coverage.
