Very friendly and got in and out pretty quick. Son broke his hand playing basketball and they were as throrough as can be with admission, Xray, and doctor. Will come again as long as we have same insurance.

Took my daughter tonight for the flu and strep. Staff was friendly and we were in and out in 30min! Doctor was great.

I absolutely love this place!!! Been here about 4 times for various things such as back pain and sinus infections and each time I was in and out (including meds) in less than an hour! Staff is friendly and caring and registration and check out seems so organized and well thought out… Sad to say that this is so much easier than going to my primary care provider… Bravo Patient First!!!

This review is based on my first (and so far, only) visit, at 4:30 pm on a Monday. I visited Patient First on a recommendation from a family member, and I wasn’t disappointed. Even though they take walk-​ins only, the staff got me in very quickly. The process for checking in was straightforward and ran as smoothly as one could ask. Every single person I encountered, from checking in to registering as a first time patient to having my vitals taken, to the doctor, to checkout — was exceptionally friendly, smiled a lot, and was efficient. The doctor had an outstanding bedside manner — patient, sympathetic, and answered all my questions. In all, I was there 30 minutes. I compare this with the LARGE conglomerate practice I used to go to, which had very limited hours and was non-​personal, and every person there had a scowl on his/​her face. Today’s experience was like night and day. In fact, they are much more like the staff in my new doctor’s office, which is a small, family run business; I drive an hour to see that doctor. And to top it all off, they asked (I didn’t have to request) if they could send a copy of my records to my doctor, so now he will automatically get the info on any visit I make here. I will definitely be returning to Patient First when I have something urgent, and I cannot get to my doctor.

This place was amazing. They got me in very quickly, diagnosed and out the door in 30 minutes. Would HIGHLY recommend for emergency care!

I love Patient First! I was in and out very fast. The front desk was very polite, the nurse and medical assistant was very friendly and PA Alex was wonderful! I would definitely recommend them to everyone. I will definitely be returning!

I drove home from NC with a raging UTI which meant about 20 bathroom stops. I stopped in Patient First 10 minutes before closing and was shown into an exam room almost immediately.
The doctor was very kind and attentive. It did take a while for the lab to determine I had an infection, but they were able to fill my Rx on the spot, so no waiting at a pharmacy, yay!
Returned 2 months later with same complaint; same wait time as before, but this time they gave me a stronger antibiotic Rx. I asked if they could fill it, but was told it would be much more expensive there, so I took it to Costco, where it was less than half the price.
Bottom line: yes, you may have to wait a bit, but much less than the hospital ER, so not too bad. Also, with the second UTI I called my regular doctor and they couldn’t see me in their Manassas office that day, but if I wanted to go to another office (South Riding, Woodbridge) then they could make room. No, thanks. Patient First was much closer!

Places like Patient First are hit or miss. I would give them a 3 except that what happened to me was serious. We’ve gone there a number of times and for things like flu and minor injuries etc, they were fine. Fast, professional and no problems. However, if you have something more complicated the ER might be a better place, I don’t know. You have no way of knowing what doctor you might get or how good they are. We go here because its open when doctors offices are not and who wants to go to an ER? What happened to me is that I got very sick but didn’t know what it was and unfortunately along with the sick came confusion. After wheezing (I didn’t know what to call it then because I’d never experienced it) for two nights in a row and getting really bad the next morning, my husband took me to Patient First. Its near our house and really convenient. Neither of us knew what I might have, only that I was really sick, and like I said, by that morning, my brain was fuzzy too. The doctor that saw me unfortunately was stupid. I told him I’d been experiencing crackling (my word) in my lungs for two nights, had a 101 fever now and felt really, really sick and weak. He didn’t know what I meant by crackling and that was the best I could do to describe it, telling him, when I breathed in there was a crackling sound each time. Then he asked me questions but I had a hard time explaining myself because like I said I was experiencing brain fog and instead of noting that I was confused, he apparently decided that I was just an idiot. My husband tried to communicate with the doctor instead of me too. I cant remember what they did for me, I don’t think anything, maybe sent me home with some Sudafed or something, though I kept trying to get him to understand how sick and weak I was.
When we got home a few hours later the doctor called (and later we decided later it was a CYA
(cover your you know what) call) saying that he wanted to rule out pulmonary edema and that I should go get x-​rays right away. Like now all of a sudden it was urgent. We were sent 50 miles away to the only x-​ray place open (because by then it was like 9 pm at night) and by then I could barely walk, and they took x-​rays and read them there. Diagnosis: double pneumonia. The doctor there treated me and we went to a 24 hour pharmacy and I cant really remember the rest but it took a good couple months to recover completely. Later I found out that confusion is one of the symptoms that can happen with pneumonia.
So now we joke about Patient First as the place that let me walk out with Pneumonia.

I’m dropping them a star– if they weren’t so friendly and apologetic for the wait, they’d go down to one. 24 hours after being splinted and billed for crutches and care, we got a call that the radiologist doesn’t believe there is a fracture, but we should still follow up with the orthopedist.
So, this morning, I called at opening to see the orthopedist that was recommended to me. He was great, by the way. Long wait, but I’ve learned to expect that.
So, he looks at her foot, pushes on it and examines it. Gets the other X-​rays and checks them out and decided to get an X-​ray of her other foot. The one that wasn’t hurt. Lo and behold, that one is the same as the other. Yup, no fracture at all. It’s her growth plate. She is 8 after all. The dr thinks she has some loose ligaments around that growth plate and that causes random pain. We were told to wrap it if it hurts. Done. No crutches needed, no split needed. I understand erring on the side of caution, but if you’re going to take X-​rays, you should have someone on site during operating hours to read them. We’ve wasted hours and hours on this, not to mention how much money out of pocket and what’s being billed to insurance.
I’ll go there again for a sinus infection or a bad cold if the dr isn’t open, but I don’t necessarily think I’d return for an X-​ray. I guess those should be left to real emergency rooms.

Good experience today. The check in process and registration were easy and quick, as well as the triage process. The only reason I give it four stars is because of the long, long wait. But I must’ve heard apologies five times for that. I would definitely come here again

Dr. Mark Michaud in the Manassas Patient First is awesome. I’ve been with the same doctor for many years and finally got tired of the hassle of scheduling an appointment. Dr. Michaud is great and Patient First really takes away the mental pain of going to the doctors office.
I had been to this location a few times before going in today for various things and illnesses and the service I was given was pretty standard every time. After years of hassling myself with my old doctor, who will remain nameless because I’m not here to bash anyone, and not being able to get an appointment I had decided to make Patient First my PCP (Primary Care Provider).
They provided me everything I needed to know, including fasting information before coming in, as well as looking into the minor things I wanted to mention to my PCP previously but I could never get an appointment.
The facility is clean. The exam gowns and linens are standard but cleaner than the local hospitals (I was there recently too) and the staff has been very nice to me every time I have gone in, whether I was there for Urgent Care or now as a patient of theirs. I’d rate them a 10 if I could.
For a walk in service provider, I don’t think they could do much better.

I’m new to the area, and the soonest I could get an appointment with a primary was 2 months from now. So I had to utilize Patient First’s services for my ongoing sciatica.
Front office was quick. Checked in, and brought back within 10 – 15 minutes.
The doctor has seemingly chose the wrong profession, because he cares neither for patients or for how they feel. I told him my symptoms, he did not respond. I mentioned what my primary doctor has done, he does not respond. He turns to the computer to input my information. I ask a few basic questions, he doesn’t respond. He hands me a pile of little slips of paper and says goodbye and walks out.
It was extremely awkward. I walked out feeling worse than I had when I came in.
Front office was awesome, Doctor was horrible. If you hate dealing with people, find another profession.

I have come here a couple of times and I am really glad this clinic was opened. The service is fast and the staff is very professional. I love that they are open 365 days and that you are able to buy your medicine there.

The front desk staff was great, the nurse was great. The wait in the waiting room wasn’t bad at all, which surprised us.

I was in and out in no time! Granted I went before school and work let out! Just about every one I dealt with here was very friendly. The nurse practitioner that was helping me, Mr. Geno was very kind and helpful. I could tell he really cared when asking about my symptoms. This is rare in an urgent care setting. I’ll go back here if ever need be preferably seeing Mr. Geno.

I had a great visit at Patient First. It was my first visit so I had to sit through registration but I was called to the desk very quickly and they try to make registration as painless as possible. After registration I was quickly taken back for vitals and a quick discussion of the reason for visit. After being sat in a room the doctor came quickly and ordered some lab tests. The tests were completed quickly and the results were given very quickly. The doctor was very attentive and listened to my complaints. I was in and out of the office in about 35 minutes. I did not need any medication but the option to have medications filled at the on-​site pharmacy is great. I hope I do not need to visit again but if I need urgent medical care I would not hesitate to return here.

Went here today and I had a great experience. Check in was quick and easy. Waited literally a minute to be called after they did the paperwork since it was my first time. In total I was there for probably 25 – 30 minutes. Came in for allergy prescription and was successful. Doctor and staff were all friendly and nice.

Long story short, I had something going on with my foot. I figured I had some sort of cellulitis thing going on and I knew I needed to get on an antibiotic pretty quickly before I ended up in the hospital.
I went to Patient First which is right across from my house. I checked in using the computer system and before I had even sat down my name was called to the registration desk. I was checked in and sent back to the waiting room.
There were about 15 people waiting, I thought I would be there forever — I was called back about 5 minutes later! Score!
The nursing assistant took my vitals and had me in my room getting basic information in moments. We went over my simple health history and said the doctor would be with me in a few moments.
Just a minute or so later the doctor was there and confirmed my suspicion that I did need antibiotics. She asked me if I wanted a written prescription or wanted my medications filled there. I opted to have them filled there so I could be on my way home sooner. This was incredibly convenient. She asked me to come back a few days later for a check up and I was on my way.
Fast forward a few days later and my busy self blew off going back (actually, I totally forgot) and I received a call from Patient First asking me to come back in that night so that the doctor could recheck what was going on and to make sure I was properly responding to the treatment. I was pretty impressed with this phone call; I am scatterbrained and get sidetracked so it was nice to know that they are on top of it!
My ONLY criticism… after I had chatted with the nursing assistant about my medical history, I over heard her chit chatting with the other girls (other nurses /​assistants I assume) about me and the comment was made «I’d kill myself if I had to deal with what that girl does every day» and a few other phrases like that. I thought about responding to her that I could hear her, but there was really no reason to make her as uncomfortable as I was. Patient First… if you’re reading this… remind your ladies that we can hear them and we don’t need to be reminded of the obvious and certainly not by someone in the health care industry.

Wow, what a pleasent experience went in for an ear ache simple vinigar and water remedy recommended by the m.d. and $ 83 I’m outa there, staff was very friendly and effieient very clean facility I would definately say if you need something between 8am-​10pm consider this place
