I really wish that I had read these and other reviews before I spent $ 26 on a «platinum» wash and put another $ 5 in the tip mailbox. Never again will I leave a tip before I check my car. First of all, I wasn’t even greeted, The guy just grunted at me when I got out of the car. A grunt and a scowl on your face to welcome a new customer is very poor customer service. Perhaps these folks aren’t happy working there. But I thought, maybe this one guy was just having a bad day. Then I go in and wait for my car to be washed. Honestly, the mechanical car wash itself took longer than the rest of the time they spent on my car. Literally 90 seconds after my car got out of the wash, they said they were done. So I walk to my car and take a quick look. First thing I noticed is that the rims were not even wiped down. I double checked the menu board to see what my service includes and yes, it is supposed to include a power wash of the rims. So I ask one of the guys there to at least wipe the rims down. He looks at me and kind of shrugs and just walks away. I’m not sure why he walked away, I was polite enough when I said it. So I go to another man and ask him. I am assuming that the second man is the manager’s son. He gets a bottle of Windex and sprays the whole tire and wipes and says «that’s as good as it can get «. I walk over and wipe my finger along the rim and it comes up black. So if just my finger rubbing on the rim can get the black off then I would assume a proper cleaning product could get it even cleaner. Then I opened the door and saw that the center console isn’t even wiped down. I tell the guy and he says to me «we don’t do that». I told him that I paid for platinum service and that includes cleaning the interior. He said that he would do it for me just this one time. Then I walk around to the passenger side and open the door because I knew that there were dribbles of coffee on the door. Nothing major, just a couple dribbles that a wet towel would easily remove. I pointed to this and again he said we don’t do that. I told him that this was my first time visiting this car wash and that it would be my last that I would give it an appropriate poor review. He said then that he would do it for me just this one time and reminded me that «they don’t do that». I wish that mailbox didn’t have a lock on it so I could get my tip back. Quite honestly, a $ 5 car wash at the gas station and 2 quarters in the vacuum would have been just as good as the service I got here, and I would have saved myself $ 25.

Damaged my vehicle would not own up to it. Management blamed me for the damage. After discussing with management they brushed me off. They did nothing to correct this, even after I’ve been a loyal customer for over 2 years. I guess loyalty means nothing to them. no longer recommend this place.

I am not a carwash kind of guy. But after ignoring my car for a long while and parking under trees that have been dropping some goop, I treated myself and my car to a real car wash. This place is organized with a pull up, guys vacuum your car well, then send it through, then four guys dry it down, including the interior, in door jambs, even in the gas lid and rear trunk drip tray. I was impressed.
What causes me to write this, however, was that the guy leading the team noticed that some of the gunk on the roof didn’t come off. I shrugged and was ready to go when he said «give me a minute and let me see if i can do it better.» I thought he meant a little more scrub, but instead, he drove it back around to the start point, sprayed some cleaner on the roof, did some scrub, and then sent it back through a second time! They re-​dried it inside and out, and he was sure to get 99.9% of all that gunk. I was really impressed.
I will definitely go back, and while a $ 7 car wash at the gas station sprays you down, the $ 18 Silver Wash here was well worth my effort and did a great job. My car is gleaming and looks new, and their attention to the interior means that it feels clean inside and out. Totally satisfied!
