Pump It Up

We had my son’s 9^th birthday party here. Although it’s been a few years, we had been to several parties here in the past and they were great. So, we scheduled the «Glow Wars» party. As soon as I registered I received an email and phone confirmation. A week before the party, I received an additional email and phone confirmation. Every detail was reviewed. When we arrived for our event, the owner reviewed final points and expectations with us. He was incredibly nice, caring and professional. Then, the our party began. The staff assigned to our party were awesome … very nice and courteous. They made sure the children were playing safety and kept the party moving to ensure that everything happened when they said it would. From beginning to end, my son’s party was perfect. Thanks for a super awesome event! We had a fabulous time.

It’s good I like it a lot staff ok be reasonable and try daredevil island and mountain rush. We went for open play, will be back!

The kids loved the party, but the staff barely spoke and they rushed to clean up our party before the kids were done chewing!

Fun but NOT SAFE on Go Glo Night. Too dark for this play space. Kids were constantly jumping on each other and being injured. They need to eliminate this type of event. NOT SAFE. Also, they need to assign a staff member to each air jump/​slide. Multiple kids were going down the slides at once. This place is not for children under the age of 4. I strongly recommend adding staff to monitor each jump/​slide.

The kids had fun but I was very disappointed that there were no soap or alcohol sanitizer’s available. With so many germs out there, I don’t understand this. I did ask for some and a staff brought some out to spray on my hand but not re-​fill any of the hand sanitizing station.

This place and the people behind it are great! From the party planning to the end of the birthday bash, these guys were there to support the success of my son’s event! Talk about a stress free function, this is it! John, the owner, told me he is there all the time to ensure that his staff give the best service to their guests.
I am glad that I followed many Unilocalers’ suggestions to add the glow experience! Not only the kids but the adults jumped into action. The staff would guide the kids and the parents from one play zone to another and then to the reception area. They would also take pictures of the event which can be accessed online for downloading when you get home. The pizzas, chicken wings and the ice cream cake are highly recommended as they are really delicious! My expectations for food were not high but they really set the bar for these party experiences!

Had my son’s 5^th birthday party here. Great success! Event planning was easy and the staff were able to accommodate a change in size a few days before the party. The equipment was all clean and well inflated, and most importantly all the kids had a great time. The party room was great too. All the staff was super, courteous and helpful while still being focused on making sure everybody stayed safe.
Highly recommended.

Nice selection of air jumps and slides. Wasn’t to thrilled with the staff. They also timed the kids and cycled them thru different rooms to keep them entertained. I liked that. But only one room had music and the other one was kinda of dull. But that was my take, my daughter had fun.

My daughter had her 5^th birthday here. We had so much fun! The staff really makes every party a memorable experience! With Olaf there to give warm hugs and the multiple play rooms, my kids and even the adults didn’t want to leave!

We booked bday party for our kids but had horrible experience. Party was for 90 mins but they started 20 mins late. Kids hardly got 40 min to play on both of Arena. For cutting cake n eating pizza they only given 15 mins. Staff was rude and feels like they were pushing us out. When we reached home with left over soda from party we come to know that it was expired. One more thing slides n inflatable hurts when you slide on it, had many bruises all over hands n legs. When i called them up next day they were not bothered nt even apologize. Will not go there ever for sure

My son just had his 8^th birthday party here yesterday. Everybody had so much fun, kids and adults. Staff were so courteous and explained everything from the start up to the end. I was hesitant at first to schedule a party here as it was a little pricey. But it was all worth it. I just hope they have a 2 hour party on weekends. I also had a little issue on how they charged me and I called the manager today. He was so helpful and asked if I had any more concerns which I had but not too big. He gave me a discount on top of the refund from charging me in error. Wow, I wish we could celebrate here every year for my kids’ parties, more fun less hassle.

We just had our daughters party there. It was Amazing! From the time we walked in to the time our party was over the staff was energetic, fun, and interacted with the kids. We also added the their go-​glow– AWESOMENESS!!! Would so do it again

OMG! My little cousin was turning 5 and her mom scheduled a last — minute birthday at this Manassas location. She was so surprised and excited. The instructors did a great job of explaining all of the rules and gettting my crazy families attention so they could play safely. The kids were definitely pumped up and ready for a great time. I love that they had the rooms separated so that after playing in one room full of bouncy houses they had an entirely different room of activities available to them. I even got in on the action for the inflatable obstacle which was just hilarious for all of the kids to watch the adults running and jumping like crazy. Since the party didn’t start until 8PM, by the time we left out the little ones were totally tuckered out and ready for bed… my kind of Saturday night! LOL
I saw some signs for special events like Open Play and also Breakfast with Santa. I will be certain to check these out because my little people had so much fun!
My favorite thing of all was that I actually saw the employees disinfecting each and every surface once we left! Yes! Pretty sure a certain place with a mouse and a ball pit doesn’t sanitize those balls each night! Needless to say, this made this Mommy very happy. The employees also encouraged the children to use Purell when entering a new play room and also had everyone wash their hands before sitting down for pizza and cake.
All in all, I am glad to know this place is here. I will be bringing the crew again!

Last week I took the kids to the Turkey Jump while we were visiting family. We had a blast and even got to make a Thanksgiving craft. The kids were screaming to come back again since they had such a great time. I loved it because they were really tired from all the jumping and active play. My son really loved the Cannonball Air Blaster. What a great addition! We will be coming back soon!

I have been there a few times with my daughter and never had a bad experience until this weekend. We went to a birthday party on saturday. Afterwards she kept saying that the slide hurt her. We didn’t see anything at first, but when we finally moved her underwear she has a HUGE section of skin that looks like it was rubbed with sandpaper. It is a really bad wound.
I went by today to talk to a manager and although the website said they opened at 9:30am for tours, at 10:15am no one was there. The doors were locked and it said closed. I called several times and there was no answer.
My child has been seriously injured by the equipment there, not just a little scrape or bruise. If their slides are that dangerous they need to require that all children wear pants and not allow shorts or skirts.

We came here on a week day for an open play with characters and it was awesome! Our 6 year old and 2 year old had an amazing time with Olaf and Doc McStuffins, the staff was super friendly and played along with the kids to make sure everyone had a great time. For only 22 dollars I couldn’t have asked for more!

So we visited this location for a birthday party. My kids had a blast this weeK. The staff first go over at a television screen the rules with the kids. Then they take you into a room with lots of inflatables and the kids bounced in there a while, and then you move into another room with different inflatables! There were bubbles and some other fun things in the second room. After the second room it was time to go have cake and pizza. They used some type of hand sanitizer on the kids and adults (if you wanted) and it stunk… I don’t know hat kind it was but almost smelled like skunk. The staff was very personable and took pictures of the party, which they then displayed on the television screen while the kids were having cake and pizza at the end of the party. It was cute and the kids enjoyed seeing pictures of each other. I think it may of been an option for the birthday parents to purchase them but I am not certain. What a great addition for parents though who are often busy talking with other parents or having fun at the party themselves to always take pictures. Anyway, my kids went home worn out that night which made me a happy momma!

Son loves this bounce house. Love the glow and other party options you can add. Definitely best bounce house in Manassas. Attendants are friendly and place is clean.

Bounce house from heaven! Two enormous rooms filled with inflatables! Slides, obstacle courses and a play area for smaller kids. My three year old loved the a slides the most! After and hour and a half my three year old was completely worn out! The best open play time we have had. On a side note all the inflatables were clean!

For some reason my review keeps getting deleted. So I’m re-​posting what happened 11−9−13. I would give them negative stars if it were possible. I went there for my daughters 3yr old bday after checking online beforehand if it was available. When we got there they wouldn’t let us in stating «just private parties only and it says that online». We told them that we checked online and it didn’t have anything saying the wkend was unavailable. There response «yes it does and you can come back on a wk day or maybe try Haymarket». That’s why we chose Manassas because Haymarket’s website showed it was unavailable. So, I don’t think so and thanks for nearly ruining her bday!!! We will never come back and thank god for chuck e cheese.
