My 4 hour window turned into a 6 hour window, but only AFTER I called to inquire. A day off of work to wait for someone that is going to charge me top dollar is unreasonable. They didn’t seem phased when I expressed my opinion. So I cancelled.

Don’t bother with these guys. Way too expensive and extremely rude. They like to take advantage of people that have recently moved into the city.
In fact, at my appointment with John, he all but told me that. He went on and on about how he hates the people in Washington, DC and how expensive it is.
He charged for a service call and labor for about 5 minutes of work ($ 120) while diagnosing the the problem. Then there is an extra charge for parts, labor and a return follow up. No thanks.
