Seven Oaks Academy

My kids attended here for 3 weeks because after the first day it was horrific and the center had a 2 week notice policy. I went to pick my child up and saw my 3 month old slumped over in a high chair. when I told the teacher my baby is only 3 months old the teacher and the front desk employee’s smilingly said «oh she looks so much bigger than 3 months!». Sickening. The center asked that my 20 month old bring in school supplies (paint, crayons, construction paper, glue) and the 3 weeks she was there, she didn’t do any crafts that they sent home. Also, when we dropped the kids off in the morning, they told us to bring the kids into a large room with much older kids running around.

My children have been coming to 7-​Oaks for many months and its a wonderful place. The staff is friendly and accommodating it all my children’s needs and the supervisors are quick to resolve any issues that arise. Any parent looking for a daycare center should consider this wonderful daycare.

There is a huge disconnect between the parents and teachers of this facility. They allow the children to do as they please. There is very little structure and organization. The director is cold and distant and does not seem to care about the children that attend there. In addition the new owner doesn’t seem to have any time to address any parents concerns and allows the director to do as she pleases. It has been a very bad experience for me personally and I hope to see no other parent go through it.
