I purchased a double oven that my contractors were testing prior to installation. It wasn’t operating properly so I called T&P in a panic. Tim responded right away and offered valuable information and advice. Extremely helpful, and I’d call them back in a heartbeat. Thank you!

My 8 year old (but new to me as my mom gave it to me after selling her lakehouse) washing machine decided to get stuck on the rinse cycle about two weeks after having it in my house. I called T&P based off their great Unilocal reviews and the fact they are close to me since I am in S. Austin. Roni answered the phone quickly, took my info and listened as I explained the issue, and quickly set me up with an appointment. They also went ahead and ordered a timer for my washer so they would have one on hand if that ended up being the issue.
Roni called me the day of the appointment to let me know what time to expect Tim and he arrived during the time frame she told me. Tim worked his magic on my washer and was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly. Luckily it was not something that required any parts to be replaced and was an issue with one of the hoses being in the wrong position. They charged me the basic service call fee which was totally reasonable and then Tim was on his way. I just washed a load of laundry with no issues! I will totally use this company again. Thanks!

This my first negative Unilocal feedback, sorry folks! Also, I’m not a whiney person, I’m a boomer and I respect and value hard working and reliable people.
My experience:
I waited for hours for them to return my original call on Wednesday 8:30am (Samsung dishwasher) then it was mid afternoon before they called to schedule a service call after checking on parts.
After waiting for two days… They were late arriving on the Friday (they gave me a 2:00 — 5:00 pm arrival time) at 5:15 they told me they did not have the part that we were waiting on but, were still coming $ 90.00 service call, at 5:20 I called back and cancelled the service call!
A wasted afternoon and 3 days invested I am starting over. I’m not sure what the sky high reviews are about. The only good thing I can say is they were in contact with me all the way up to me telling them not to come.

We recently moved and had a five year old stainless refrigerator that was too big for our old house but fit nicely into our new one. We called T&P to get our icemaker and water dispenser back into working order and Tim did a great job diagnosing and fixing our refrigerator. I was really appreciative that they did a good job communicating to me an approximate time when they would be showing up. Very happy with these guys.

Had a drain motor go out on my washing machine. They took care of my promptly and Ronni was awesome keeping me updated with the time-​frame. Had to order the part but they got it in quickly and put it on as soon as it came in. I highly recommend them.

If you’re looking for an honest appliance repair service, look no further. Quality work, friendly, on time, reliable and affordable.
If you want a chain with uniformed employees, ability to accept credit cards on site and updates on arrival time by text, then T&P might not be for you.
He fixed my washer quickly, was friendly and the price was unbeatable. I’ll definitely call them again.

I have new best friends! I called and talked to Ronni this morning and told her my Maytag washing machine stopped working and wouldn’t drain. She told me what the most likely problem was and told me how to fix it. 10 minutes later and I’m doing a load of wash!
When I need future service of any kind, I will look no further. What a pleasant experience and what reassurance that there are reputable repair companies still around. I’m amazed and ecstatic!

Tim and Ronnie are fantastic! They are honest, knowledgeable, responsive and fair in price. I can’t stand these repair stores that charge you just to come out and see the appliance. T&P had a flat fair. The first time Tim came to fix our ice maker, it ended up still not working. But Tim was nice enough to talk to me over the phone to try to trouble shoot and when it still wasn’t working, he came over again and found the problem. My ice maker was fixed and Tim didn’t charge me again for making the 2^nd trip. I like that Tim made sure my problem was fixed. I would highly recommend T&P.

I just had T & P repair my dishwasher and the experience was great. They were responsive, friendly, and reasonably priced. Having waited home all day for Sears which was a no-​show I needed somebody to fix my dishwasher quickly. Although they had to order a part they hand delivered it to my house so Tim could fix it quicker. I highly recommend T & P!

Tim is Awesome! I had another company out to repair a problem with my fridge twice and they not only charged me a ridiculous amount but caused further damage to my fridge! Then the third time they sent a tech out to repair the previous damage — he claimed it would cost $ 250 to $ 600 to repair — so I opted «NO» and I did some research and then called T&P Appliance.
Being a DIY’er — Tim walked me through checking a few things and determined two parts needed to be replaced. I met up with Tim and bought the hardware, came back home and installed the parts and that had my fridge back up and running for under $ 50.00!
From now on — I’m calling Tim and Ronnie from T&P Appliance Service as well as recommending them to all my friends!

Great service. I called them at the suggestion of a another highly ranked repair service on Unilocal.T&P came over and fixed my previously declared worthless U-​Line refrigerator for less than $ 200. Their service and professionalism was top notch. I Highly recommend for any refrigeration needs.

I called this morning about my washer making a high pitched whine. T&P had a repair person out to my house within the hour. Tim listened to my description of the problem, ran a rinse/​spin load and then pulled $ 1.89 in change, an earring, a keychain, a pencil and a handful of pebbles out of the drain clean out. Seems my type of washer likes to «eat» coins and they get between the parts and cause noises. Best of all, Tim showed me how to empty the clean out myself next time I need quarters! The price was right, too… a lower «service charge» than the other guys who still haven’t called me back. I’ll call on T&P next time any of my appliances need work.

Tim is the best! I had a very bad experience on my refrigerator with a previous appliance repair service. We have a sub zero refrigerator. They charged me a lot of money and I was without a cool refrigerator for 2 weeks. In the end they told me it would be too expensive to fix and I would need to buy a new fridge. Thankfully, I called T&P and Tim fixed my refrigerator that day for $ 119.00!

I have a Dacor gas cooktop under a factory extended service contract. I developed a problem and T & P was the company that they contracted to repair my unit. My first contact was from «Ronnie» or Veronica, who indicated to me she knew the problem and would order the parts for a following Friday repair. The supply house didn’t send both parts so she called and apologized and asked if it could be put out to the following friday. The problem didn’t prevent the cooktop from working so the repair was not critical and she wanted to make sure of that first. I agreed and we rescheduled. Later the following week she called and told me that her husband (Tim Grajczyk) who actually makes the repairs had suggested we replace all the LED’s in the controls, not just the bad ones so she wanted to let me know she had ordered all of them.
Tim showed up at my home in Bastrop on time and swiftly did the repair. He was very conscientious about my stuff around the cooktop and carefully removed everything before starting. He was friendly and very knowledgeable with this high end brand. In fact he specializes in the more expensive brands of appliances. I highly recommend them, you get a real and friendly person on the phone who really cares about your situation and a tech who really knows his business. Thanks to Tim and Ronnie for a perfect experience!
