Bistro Henry Steak & Seafood is THE Original since 1993, serving you fine steaks, fresh seafood and Bistro dishes with Italian & French-inspiration. Our wine list has won the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence for 20 years, we feature handmade cocktails and a great craft beer selection emphasizing Vermont’s brews.
The Restaurant
After 20 years as a cornestone of Manchester’s fine dining scene, the new Bistro Henry Steak and Seafood is a more relaxed restaurant with our legendary commitment to quality featuring great steaks, fresh seafood and bistro dishes. In addition to our award winning wine list we have added a craft beer menu that goes great with our smaller dishes that are perfect for lighter dining. We have slo roasted prime rib on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and our Bistro dishes reflect the eclectic palates of chefs owners Henry & Dina Bronson and executed by Henry and Sous Chef Ahren Ericson
History
Established in 1993.
We started Bistro Henry just a few doors down the road. Our current location has been open since 2004 and continues to delight everyone.
We have 4 great dining rooms and party space can accomodate up to 75.

Business Owner
Bistro Henry is the story of Henry and Dina Bronson, who have put their talents together again for the second time in Manchester, Vermont. They met in the kitchens of Manhattan’s finest restaurants and brought their dream to Vermont in 1988, when they opened Dina’s. After four successful years, Dina’s closed. After some time between restaurants, Bistro Henry was born in 1993.
Drawing on nearly 20 years experience (including 1 ½ years living and eating in France) Henry has put together a new steak and seafood menu with favorites for carnivores, icthyophages and gourmands alike.
Dina makes incredible custom cakes, collaborates on the menu, expertly guides the service staff and creates the exquisite desserts — including the finest Crème Brulée anywhere.
