Dr. Malik is a Connecticut and Vermont licensed naturopathic physician with practices in Salisbury, Connecticut and Manchester Center, Vermont. He helps patients better understand their body and address the underlying causes of their ailments.
Naturopathic physicians are trained as primary care doctors with expertise in the appropriate, effective, and safe use of natural and prescription medicines. Preventive and holistic medicine requires knowledge of the whole body and an understanding of how varied health concerns can be a sign of simple underlying dysfunction. There is always a balance to be struck between addressing the underlying cause of disease and simply improving the symptoms associated with it. A primary goal is to have improved and lasting vitality as quickly, easily, and affordably as possible.

Dr. Malik obtained his doctorate degree from the four year accredited naturopathic program at Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington. Bastyr University is a leading institution for training natural and alternative healthcare professionals. For over three years, while seeing patients at the Bastyr Center for Natural Health, he applied concepts of conventional and naturopathic medicine to help patients improve their quality of life. During his training, Dr. Malik focused on environmental medicine, pediatrics, Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD/ADHD), and women’s care.
Dr. Malik is a member of the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians, the Oncology Association of Naturopathic Physicians, and the Connecticut Association of Naturopathic Physicians.
