One star is giving too much for this place. Each time we have been here it has been a negative experience. The sales people are condescending, rude and impatient. When asking questions, we kept getting cut off and given snide answers, which didn’t answer our questions at all. They are not forthright. They will try to run your head around in circles to confuse you and get you in a more expensive plan. The last 2 times we went to upgrade an iphone we left because of the way we were treated and went elsewhere. The last time was THE last time! There are much better options out there, with experienced, polite, helpful sales people. Do not trust them or waste your time here — go elsewhere!!!

scummy, unhelpful, dishonest, lying, incompetent. There’s no end to my anger at this place. We brought in a phone that wasn’t working: the sales lady showed it to the technician, who said «9 out of 10 it’s the SIM card», she turned around and told us «the speaker is dead» and at the same time the «microphone is dead»… we asked her again– especially since we were standing right there as the technician told her otherwise… we turned around angry and left.

I will never do business with this store again. The sales representative I dealt with was very untrustworthy. She misled me on purchasing an iPad with my phone. She said the the special promotional discount would make the iPad 150.00. She didn’t not inform me of the monthly charge that went along with it.
Finally after dealing with her for over an hour I left the store. Fast forward 4 weeks and the same sales representative called me on the phone informing me that she forgot to charge me for taxes and demanded me to give her my credit card number over the phone. When I declined she threatened that ATT would charge me twice because I wouldn’t give her my credit card info. I requested to speak with the manager and he was just as shady.
Do not do your business here. They will rip you off, mislead you, and threaten you. Be warned.
