Love the flyers! You guys have a great service — the print quality is extremely good. Very well designed, easy to navigate website too. The only flaw is the lack of customer service. If you get that in, you would be by far the best printers anywhere. Thank you for the great print job!

I’ve been using this printer for a couple of years now and really love how reasonably-​priced and fast they are. Most importantly, my post cards always look great! I’ve uploaded over twenty jobs and get the orders usually in a week. Recently, I had an issue due on my error and they went beyond my expectations to help me sort it out. They get the job done!

I placed my order on 10/​16/​2015 today is 10/​24/​2015 and I haven’t received my order in addition there’s no way to contact them by phone and they haven’t replied to the 2 emails I’ve send them. If I don’t have my 3000, 5×7 post cards by close of business Monday, 10/​26/​2015, I will be contracting by bank to have them fill a refund from this company. Poor service as of now.

Just received my order and all my images look blurry (not like the proof). There is no way I can use this to advertise a photography business! Wish I would have listened a few of the past reviewers warnings but I was too persuaded by the cheap price, guess you get what you pay for.

Horrible experience so far with this company. I ordered 2000 8.5×11 flyers from them. After a little back and forth about getting my PDF upload correct for them, I successfully upload my job and it looks 100% correct on my end so I approve it and pay for the flyers. A week and half later I get a delivery — box 1 of 1. I open the box and to my dismay I see that images and colors are missing and boxes are printed out of alignment. The product is unusable. I immediately emailed BBP, and get a response saying to send them a photo of what I received, which I did. They said they will get with their production team and find out what went wrong.
A few days later after following up with them a few times, I get a response saying I have something called «overprint» turned on, so I will need to have my files fixed. Remember my proof came out 100% correct when I uploaded it! I have no clue what «overprint» is nor should I need to, as I uploaded my file, as I’m expected to, and approved that it was correct, which is was. They should not have an upload, view, and approve process that shows me my image is correct and then blame me when something goes wrong on their end when they actually print the file!
This company has taken my money, put me behind on my schedule, and frustrated me beyond imagination. I honestly cannot believe a company would do this to anyone.

Just received my order of business cards and postcards. They look great! I was hesitant because of the low prices. The only thing I would want is for them to send an email saying that my order was in production and it had been shipped. I was in the dark and scared for a sec. I started to think it was a bogus company.

Bargain Basement exceeded my expectations! The prices are great, and the quality of the products are astounding! I’ve ordered both business cards and postcards from them. The dark colors aren’t faded and the brights are vivid, my cards utilized both of these.
I do need to warn you though that this website won’t hold your hand and walk you through your design like some other sites, you do some what need a little bit of knowledge of what you’re doing and loading. Other than that, they’re great!
I would definitely recommend and use them again!

I found this company through an internet search, needing 500 5−½×8 postcards printed 2 sides in full color. I was apprehensive as their prices were half of Vista Print and other companies plus their shipping costs were significantly less, as well — from New Hampshire to Southern California. The quality of the color is outstanding, as well as the card stock is thicker than I thought it would be. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them for future projects.
