What Is Coaching?
Coaching is simple– we set a goal, form an action plan and then review the action plan as it is being implemented and adjust it as necessary.
Who uses a coach?
Coaching is for people who are ready to make a change, people who have recognized that change is possible and are ready to put in the time and effort it takes to reach their goal and be successful.
As a Coach I work specifically with clients to achieve Life balance this means better health and healthy habits. Why is life balance so important? So often people suffer from feeling; overwhelmed, tired, stressed and generally bombarded with the craziness of everyday life. Common topics I work with are eating habits, exercise, stress management, time management, life organization, and general greater self-care.
History
Established in 2012.
Eileen Kerekes has had a lifelong pursuit of personal health and fitness. Her passion for helping people to achieve and maintain a high level of overall health and wellness was realized after watching several people very close to her suffer from life threatening health problems that could have been prevented by different lifestyle choices.
She firmly believes that everyone can and should be living a happy, healthy, balanced life. She is convinced that Coaching provides the missing tools and resources that individuals need to achieve their health dreams and goals.
Eileen works with clients to set smart and specific fitness goals and to form action plans to achieve these goals while providing the needed support to maintain lasting change. She has certifications as a life coach, wellness coach, health coach and recovery coach.

She truly understands how difficult changing habits and lifestyles can be and approaches coaching with a gentle and positive perspective that encourages clients to achieve success. Her philosophy is that happiness and well-being is a journey which begins with taking a first step down the wonderful path to greater health and wellness. She assists clients in becoming inspired to accept where they are currently, to identify the pitfalls in their present situation and to take responsibility for their individual progress toward achieving their goals.
Eileen currently lives in Manchester New Hampshire. Some of her hobbies include swing and salsa dancing, reading, wood working, archery, spending time with her family and doing vo
