History
Established in 1984.
CMK was formed by the current three principals, AL Corzilius, Fred Matuszewski and Chip Krause. We have organized the company to allow principal involvement during all phases of the project. This means the people responsible for our reputation in direct control and contact with the project. Each partner also performs all construction administration including construction site visits.
One goal is to provide the owner a solution to their problem that meets the budget, is energy efficient and low maintenance. Another important part of our services is to provide the framework for testing that the construction meets the specifications and is the quality that the documents require.

Chip Krause LEED AP and registered in New Hampshire, New York, Conneticut and Florida.
My first job was with Donald Jasinski who pioneered earth sheltered houses that were made of gunite and free from resulting in very interesting space and a confortable environment.
During the 80’s we did some active solar for bank clients but as oil prices dropped so did the demand for alternative energy.
We are now working on a 354,000 sq. ft geo thermallly heated school for the Governor Wentworth School District. Utility costs for Phase I, their performing arts center, indicates energy use 45% less than typical schools. This project will also apply for CHPS funding from the State of NH
