Dunkin’ Donuts

This review is long over due. The Hanover St Dunkin’ Donuts has fueled my caffeine addiction for years. I always receive delicious coffee and great service. Recently they hung a flier of my lost dog in their store which aided in his recovery after two nights of roaming the streets. You provided a service above and beyond what is expected. Thank you so much.

Could benefit from some customer service training. When I order I get a monotone voice that says can I help you. It’s clear that person is not happy to be there. Rarely do I get a good morning. I always have to repeat my order when I get to the window because they are all chit chatting in the background. Sometimes they say that they don’t have something I asked for. So I go in the store and they do have it. Slowest drive through ever. The owner should send in secret shoppers to verify what I am saying and try to fix things. On occasion I have gone to the candia road dunkins. Go there instead and they will be pleasant, you will only have to order once, your order will be right AND they will wish you a nice day.
