This was my first home buying experience, and I’ll admit I was a little scared. But, I’ll say this Dustin Mack, our loan originator, and his colleagues at Generation Mortgage kept everything understandable, and stayed on top of everything so we could close on our house and get the best rate possible. Every question I had they were there to answer.
One particular thing I really like was that they were VERY conservative about asking for my social security number, and running my credit. Some places won’t even talk to you unless they run you’re credit right away! They never even asked until the last minute when it was absolutely necessary.
Excellent service, were willing to provide me with a pre-​qualification letter for all the properties we went to give offers on. It took a long time for us to find the right house, but they were patient with us and always helpful.

Dustin Mack was very friendly and efficient. Always answered his cell or returned calls promptly… even on the weekend. Got an excellent rate and all fees were accurate and disclosed the first day I we spoke. We’ve bought and sold 5 houses and also refinanced several times and this was the best experience we’ve had. I highly recommend this company!
