Elite Pizza

Fantastic food, always hot and ready in a timely fashion. Quality ingredients make for quality food, and quality people make for perfect customer service. I highly recommend this place for a delicious meal at a fair price. :)

So the first question I posed to those of you who are reading this is do you prefer Greek or Italian when it comes to your pizza. Being a recovering Jersey girl I have course tend to lean Italian. However while traveling in Manchester on biz a long day of driving, they were one of the first to popup.
PROS: thin crust, great sauce, cute older greek man on the phone was amazingly polite, deliver directly to my room, 30 minute delivery window, credit card
CONS: Greek pizza, undercooked crust. almost too lightly done, arrive 52 minutes after the call, kind of cold.

I loved the pizza, and went back today to try the spaghetti and the gyros. The spaghetti and garlic bread came with meatballs, sausage, veal and mushrooms, and was excellent. The gyros I got with a baked potato, and a side salad, and this also was excellent!

Elite Pizza opened up about half a block from West High School on Conant Street. The space inside was remodeled to new, which is order at the counter with lighted menu boards and a few tables for eating in. They offer traditional & specialty pizzas (baked in pans), calzones, salads, Italian dinners, subs, gyros, fried seafood, appetizers, and Coke products. The prices are pretty reasonable.
Recently, I ordered a Large (16″) 2 Topping Pizza ($ 11.75 plus tax) with eggplant and sausage for carryout, which was ready in less than 15 minutes. I enjoyed the pizza for dinner with my folks, but not before enjoying a fresh slice hot out of the oven before leaving. The pizza was very good and tasty, which had generous amounts of toppings, plenty of sausage bits and crispy breaded sweet eggplant slices, the right amount of sauce and melted cheese. The Greek style crust was crisp along the edges and thin and firm underneath and not greasy.
The pizza here was definitely «elite» just like my shiny red badge.
