Why I started Footprint

I have been around Residential construction my whole life. Owning and operating a framing company and building spec-​homes in NH. I decided I did not want to swing the hammer any longer and home inspections was the ticket.

I was also a Realtor for so many years and I was present at countless home inspections.

During this time I started to notice that I was naturally looking for the defects and problems with the homes, I would do it during showings with buyers and with sellers during listing appointments. So with my knowledge of home construction and passion for real estate, I decided there was an opportunity for a professional inspection company, and opened Footprint Property Inspections LLC.

Hi my name is Bob Clark the owner of Footprint Property Inspections LLC. Currently I handle and perform all inspections for the company. I have about 20 years experience in residential real estate. As a 3^rd generation home builder I owned and operated a new construction company that framed homes and developed land, building my first spec house at the age of 24.

When you hire me you get a guy that has been around real estate his whole life. I was not an engineer or a sales manager that lost his job in the last down turn and decided to get my home inspection license. I have experience in homes from the beginning stage of walking raw pieces of land all the way to the final stage of selling a home. I have the knowledge of all phases of residential construction which helps me identify when something is not correct.
