Great experience from beginning to end. Alyssa was our salesperson, Ricky the sales manager chatted with us too and Chris was our finance manager. Everyone worked with us well, didn’t push us, truly listened to what we wanted and needed. Attention to detail was impeccable unlike a prior car dealership we visited. Only reason for not giving 5 stars was due to the extended wait for our vehicle to be ready and paperwork to be completed but I prefer that it be done right and take a little longer than have a mistake. Will definitely go back for our next vehicle with this same crew! Integrity really does exist with some, who knew? :)

They are crooks! Went in for just my tires replaced and they told me I needed struts and wheel bearings. The car is only one year old. I took it to my normal big chain service center that I have my routine maintenance done at for a second opinion. They said they could not find anything wrong with the struts or wheel bearings. Also there customer service is horrible. My car was there for over 4 hours for tires and they didn’t have the common courtesy to call me and let me know the status of it. I know they were trying to get my fleet management company to approve payment of the services, but they could have at least called and let me know as soon as they found these other things beyond the tires. When I picked up the car they were very short with me and didn’t explain to me at all the issues that they supposedly found after I told them I am getting a second opinion. My advice to anyone who goes here, don’t just take there word on them telling you what your car needs for service. Get a 2^nd opinion before forking over hundreds or thousands of dollars to this place.

I was attracted to this dealership due to an Acura they had on their lot about six months ago. I was working with Deryc for a salesperson and he was great. I wanted to trade in my Civic although they said they were not sure if i could get what i owed on it. Anyways, six months later (due to life situations) I finally came back to test drive a Chevy Malibu and a Nissan Rogue. Deryc got right back to me and had me test driving same day. I made a decision on a car and was at the dealership til about 10:30 pm making the deal all official. They all stayed late to help with my impatience. I drove the car off the lot the next day. Deryc was extremely patient with me and Fausto was great in the finance office. Im having a little noise with my brakes and will have to go back to have them look at it. We will see if going forward i have any issues but so far so good!

Ok. I generally use Unilocal when a business either surprises me or just pisses me off to the core. And occasionally when im bored. Some have seen it’s usually car dealerships that get the worst. Well I’m a mechanic. I buy a lot of parts. Many are from a dealership. So I go to many dealers. Plus many cars I work on cars thst have had work done by a dealer at one point or another. Also I have bought cars from a dealer. And this brings me here.
Recently my dad bought a 2014 Toyota Rav4 with 34k.
It was purchased then driven to my house. Upon arrival we HEARD a car with bad brakes pull in. Instantly we thought it was my mom’s car. After showing off his new ride my dad lets me take the new to him Rav 4 for a spin. Within 200 feet I hit the brakes and found out the screaming brakes were on his «new» car. Now here’s the kicker. My dad is Deaf. He bought this car in good faith.
Let’s break this down. They sold a Deaf man a car with obviously loud brakes. And it came with a valid NH INSPECTION sticker.
Now. This car was driven by my dad, a salesman, a mechanic, and detailer. Then me. 4 of them have normal working ears to my knowledge. But no one said anything.
This car allegedly had a rigorous 160 point inspection. Well all you have to do is use your eyes for most of these things. And upon simply looking at the rear rotors it’s more than obvious that the rear rotors were rusted badly. Plus there is a noticeable brake pulsation.
I have a state of NH motor vehicle inspection license.
I personally would have replaced the rotors and pads and all required parts. That’s just what your supposed to do on a car when you have brake noise.
Also that makes you wonder what else wis over looked.
I called Ira Toyota Manchester instantly and was told a line of B.S. by the sales man who was given the call.
«You need to understand the rotors had rust on them because the car sat on the lot for a bit»
I fired back.
You sold a deaf guy a car with obviously loud brakes.
You knowingly sold my father a car with loud brakes knowing he couldn’t hear it. You P.O.S!!!
then I was told well bring it back right now. «We will take care of it»
We had family plans so obviously that wasn’t going to happen.
So my dad set up a service appointment. And was told they would take a look. Take a look??? Nope not going to cut it.
Instead of pulling the wheels off and taking a look why don’t they just replace the pads, rotors, hardware. Ect???
The cost is about $ 120 to $ 200 at NAPA auto parts.
I highly doubt they use toyota rotors and pads. If they say they do I’m not buying it at all.
I stopped in to the dealership myself to make sure this was going to be taken care of.
I went into the service managers office.
Said who I was said why I was there and this needs to be «taken care of» not just «looked at» I’ll admit I was pissed off and not the nicest person. But that’s what you get when this happens.
I was actually given some crap for not saying «Hi» and being nice. My response was why should I be nice you guys sold a Deaf guy a car with loud brakes!
Long story short. He went from saying we do a rigorous 160 point vehicle inspection.
I said yeah sure ya do. If you do I wouldn’t be here.
The conversation quickly went south but the final words were «we will take care of it» and me saying hey you knowingly sold a car with loud brakes to a guy who is hearing impared. NOT COOL.
So we went there at 2pm ish…
Drove up and was instantly swarmed by lot buzzards. Drove in the drive through dropped off keys. Went in waiting room. Ended up seeing the salesman. Had some words. He told me it never made any noise. Looked me in the eye and said it never made any noise. I don’t believe it… why?
1. He’s a salesman.
2. This cars brakes were loud enough to hear inside my house. Quiet to loud within 20 miles??? Not likely.
So they «looked at it» then the guy came out and said yes we will replace the rotors and pads. It will be ready in a couple hours.
Me and my dad went to get lunch. Came back. They had my dad put his mark on the paper work. And the whole time the Damn service writer kept talking to me. I told him 2 times talk to him it’s his car. Before I drove it I told the guy if you had just done your job in the first place none of this would have happened. And even though they did fix it we felt this should go up simply because they sold this car knowing it needed rear brakes. Knowingly to a guy who cannot hear.
This is why I FUCKING HATE car dealerships
Thus place blows. Go else where with your hard earned money.

Ive never been more dissapointed in a business for customer service. You would think a dealership that has amount of sales would have a better system then they have now. You can call 50 times and no one gives 2 cents. A person answers your call to transfer you but when you get trasfered no one answers the phones. You work a deal out with someone just to not have them respond back to you and always makes an excuse that they are understaffed. I dont care about how many people you have on it takes to seconds to answer a phone. I am still waiting for a call back from both the store manager and the sales manager both have been a day wait. The only way to have someone call you is to leave a review that gets there attention now thats not a good way to make a customer happy and willing to due continued bussiness its already bad enough i dont even service my cars here next i wont be buying any of my cars here.

Can you give someone zero stars?
Had my 2005 tacoma in to have the frame replaced under warranty. Two days later large rattle coming from rear end. The u-​bolts that come down over the leaf springs to the axle are held by eight nuts (four on either side of truck). Two nuts missing. Other six so loose I could turn with fingers. Unbelievable. Brought it to Ron’s Toy Shop on Elm St. (where I usually go for service) and they got it done right.
Also, they provided me with a loaner (rental in reality). Was told it was free. Yup. charged to my credit card. Phoned John Hartson my sales rep twice. First time never called back. Called again, and service manager called back to say it was all set. A week later. Still not reversed. Called manager direct… washed his hands of it. Said I needed to called rental company. Did, and they reversed it.
Don’t go here. If you would like regular service done, go to Ron’s Toy Shop on Elm St. Fair, good prices, good service.

As everyone knows-Toyota’s are great, reliable vehicles which is why I chose to look into purchasing one. I wasn’t too thrilled to shop there, as I was more interested in a pre-​owed Lexus from another dealership. Adam F. is an excellent, friendly (non pushy), and knowledgeable salesman. From the moment I walked in the doors of the newly renovated establishment, I was already impressed. I initially was looking to finance an older SUV; however, it didn’t meet my budget. Adam worked with finding a reliable, and affordable vehicle for me. The paperwork and finalization took under an hour which was a breeze. I had to come back the next day to get it inspected, and the service department was awesome as well. The man who worked on my car was so kind. I ended up leasing a 2015 Toyota Rav 4 which I LOVE! I highly recommend this dealership and Adam as a salesman if you’re looking for a new vehicle.

I would give zero stars if I could. Brought our Sienna in for a recall. Decided to get an oil change done while it was there. They called back saying it needed new brake pads and the rotors turned. Quoted price was ridiculous. Called our regular mechanic and brought it in. He said we still had at least 10,000 miles on our pads! They tried the same trick when I brought in my Tacoma for a recall. Don’t ever get your car serviced here!

Just traded in my explorer for a highlander and had a great experience both with sales and finance, have not yet needed to use service dept yet. They are still working on the new building but it was a great atmosphere with workers you forgot you were out in these trailers (building to be done soon). Althought the highlander came with lots of perks i feel it should have come with more standard stuff I’ve had with my last car (rubber mats for winter, protective strip on back for when my dog jumps ion back). But as far experience couldn’t have asked for better. Ty to Dan S and Jim R

Bad bad bad. Let me tell you why. We bought a car from them over the winter. We decided this fall to change cars. We went to a different Toyota dealer. They were laughing how much Ira Toyota up price the gap insurance and the warranty. Additionally they gave us a Huge APR when the other dealer gave us a low APR.
They would not allow me to take the piece of paper with their «because they said it was proprietorial «avoid this dealer !

Place is a joke. Rude employees. Phil (aka Larry from three’s company look alike) is a complete tool. Blessing they couldn’t get the deal done with me. Drove home a better truck for a better deal 3 hours after walking out on IRA, just a few miles north at Grappone in Concord. Terrible online communication too. Just an overall bad experience at IRA.

Never using this dealership again! Was completely lied to by the salesman. I have never leased before and he completely took advantage of that, granted I should have done more research there is still NO excuse for flat out lieng. Wouldn’t have signed the lease if I knew the truth behind what he was telling me! Don’t use this dealership!

When I first took my car there 2 years ago it was ok. But since then it has been a nightmare. When you bring your car in to be checked in, it takes at least 15 minutes before someone checks you in, but at least 5 people tell me someone will be right with me and walk by. When I took it in for a simple oil change I was waiting for 2 hrs and finally asked where my car was, I had to ask 2 different people because the first one obviously never checked. Come to find out there was a warranty item they needed to fix but no one bothered to come tell me. I take my car home that night and my remote starter didn’t work and I had to take it back and finally 2 days later I had it back, however my rear defrosters were disconnected and I finally took it to the place that installed the starter and they had to reconnect it and it cost me 45.00, but at that point I didn’t trust them with the starter. At that time I did work with the service manager only. Now my car is in there again and I was the only car in the bay to be checked in and yet again no one can be bothered to check me in. When the guy finally checked me in he was rude and treated me like I was a stupid woman. Last I spoke with him my car was supposed to be done yesterday and I finally called to see the status at 5pm and was told that it wouldn’t be done for 2 more days. I asked to speak with the service manager and the girl who answered the phone said he was in but it was not the one I dealt with before and I got thrown in to his voice mail. I left a message and of course never heard back. I have never had a dealership not update me on a time frame and now I’m stuck trying to figure out my car situation and making sure I can get to work. It would have been nice to know this in the afternoon! I’m done with Ira and will not be taking my car back to them.. well here’s the update when I get there to pick up my car the oil change I asked for wasn’t done and the service person tried to blame it on me stating that I didn’t ask for one. Stay Away!!!

Purchased a new car several weeks ago. Staff was very friendly and attentive. I was having a great experience until it came to the negotiation. This negotiator did the following:
1) didn’t tell me about the customer rebate
2) volunteered my rebate as cash down to offset the price
3) criticized the car I was trading in
4) lied about the rebate figure in the price agreement, saying it was merely a billing formality to get the price I wanted.
It was only after I returned home that found out about the active $ 500 rebate.
It would have been a great experience if it wasn’t for the, ya know, … lying part. There are lots of dealerships out there that work hard to maintain long lasting relationships. It seems Ira’s business model is to secure $ 500 now rather than secure a loyal customer for far more future business.

Agree with all the one star reviews. Folks there is a pattern here. Everyone seems to agree. There service department is the worst I have ever dealt with in 40 years of owning cars. 2 hours for an oil change. Bait and switch price quotes. Last time I was in for an oil change the «service advisor’ told me the car was ready and then took another 2 minutes to complete the paperwork. What she did mostly was highlight the parts of the instructions on a survey I could be expecting making sure she was rated 10 out of 10. I could have had the entire service performed at vavolene across the street in the time her just prepare the paperwork. I would never buy another car from them. I hope others use Unilocal and learn from our experience. Stay away from this dealership now known as IRA Toyota. Don’t know what to think. Try calling the service dapartment. I have given up as most to times they dont pick up and it routes the call back to the operator. You can leave a message with the service
manager if you want to waste your time. Imagine a dealership that understaffed they can’t even handled calls to schedule service. I suggest you stay away.

My Husband and I had purchased 2 Toyotas in the past, and were are currently looking to replace one of our cars with a hybrid. We scheduled an appointment for today, and so began nothing short of a cluster **ck. We were greeted by the man the appointment was scheduled with, and then handed off to another sales man. We sat down, and he started asking what was important to us, leather etc. Both my Husband and I looked at each other and simply told him that we wanted to test drive the car before we went into any detail about packages and such. The salesman said that the car was not on the lot and he had to go get it. ??? HELLO YOU KNEW WE WERE COMING TO TEST DRIVE A CAR, AND YOU DON’T HAVE IT ON THE LOT??? We know the lot is just around the corner, so we said we would wait. 30 minutes later, we got up and left. Both my Husband and I felt like they just didn’t want our business… This is the second time that we walked out of this dealership, and it will be the last. We simply will take our business else where.
I hope that this review will help someone else save their time…

Between me and my family we’ve purchased 6 cars through this company always with the same salesman, Ken. I was always treated with respect and recommend this dealership to people.
Then I went in there this week. I have NEVER been so disappointed with a car dealership. I’ve dealt with sleezeball salesmen that wanted to hit on me more than send me a car and even that was (while annoying) better than this.
They made a joke of an offer on a trade in and refused to negotiate at all from their offer. The ‘sales manager’ who I do not see listed as an employee on their website did not once make eye contact with me and spoke to me like I had no clue what was going on. I will never purchase from them again and I will always suggest people not do business with them.

Although I will only ever own Toyotas, I will never purchase them from Autofair (now IRA). I purchased two vehicles from this place and serviced both with their service department. It wasn’t until my second car that I really had issues. When getting my Matrix inspected I had a crack in the fog lamp. They were to order a part, and made an appointment for Saturday for me. On the Thursday before the appointment they called me to tell me the part was in and ask if I could be there before 5 — apparently my appointment was gone! I had just started a new job and weekends were the only convenient time. The person refused to assist me in any way, and when I asked if he could have the part sent to another dealership he told me I could call the other dealerships and schedule this — he wouldn’t. I wrote a letter of complaint to the service department, and to request that my inspection fee be refunded because they had charged me that. They did and asked for the opportunity to make this up to me.
On the «make up» appointment they wanted to charge me close to $ 65 for an oil change and tire rotation. I had never previously paid more than $ 34.95 for both services. The technician argued with me. I pulled out three years worth of service records to which he replied «You must have had a coupon.» Every time? Every 5,000 miles? I told him to do the work and I’d never come back here again. I then waited in the waiting area over two hours for my car to be ready, and only then did I find out that they didn’t even rotate the tires because they said they were too old. When I inquired further if all four needed to be replaced, they said that all four did. Funny since two of them were less than a week old!
Again, I wrote a letter to the service manager who offered to make up for this. He offered 10% off the purchase price of the tires, free labor to mount and balance, and free tire rotations for the life of the tires. I asked him to send me a quote for 30,000 mile tires since I was trading the car in under a year. His quote was almost $ 650 for 75,000 mile tires. I wrote him an email to tell him his quote was still too high and to quote me 30,000 mile tires as asked. Again, he quoted me $ 400 for 75,000 mile tires. Even in an effort to try to make something up to you they still try to take advantage of you.
They may be an OK place to buy a car from, but NEVER service your car there. Before you know it they’ll try to tell you that you have tiny unicorns under the hood of the car and need a $ 3000 exorcism to get rid of them… OK, that is a stretch, but they are shady!
