We specialize in Custom Exhaust, no job too big or too small! We work on everything from the family car, motorcycles, limos and RV’s to race and antique cars.

We are a certified NH State Inspection station. We do Brakes, Oil Changes and complete automotive repair.

Established in 1980.

Lou’s Custom Exhaust has been installing foreign and domestic exhaust systems on all makes and model cars and trucks for over 50 years. We manufacture our own exhaust systems and pass the savings along to you. From stainless steel to chrome mufflers and 14 gauge exhaust pipes, our commitment to quality is paramount.

Lou’s was recommended by my usual shop since I just needed one piece of my exhaust replaced and not the whole thing. I’ve since been back for subsequent work. They are FAST. During the week you can usually come in without an appointment and be served quickly. Prices are better than the big chains.

Lou’s did my 2008 Cadillac STS and my 92 Volkswagen project car. Both cars sound great, and no problems what so ever. Costumer service is great, and the staff is personable. Very fair pricing also, I highly recommend anyone to go there for exhaust work.

Went with my son as he was going to get his muffler replaced with a aftermarket purchase from ebay — make his car sound better, and to replace a leaking piece ahead of muffler. They took him right in/​very fair price/​job done quickly. Felt professional and would highly recommend.

Nice guys and work gets done very quickly. Failed my inspection somewhere else and was told to pay $ 600 to fix it (I think the first shop told me to change the whole front exhaust pipe and that’s why it was that much). Got a second look at Lou’s. Was told there’s a leak in flexible pipe and was quote a much better price. I don’t know if the price is high or low compared to other places for flexible pipe change but I was very happy already for a much lower price compared to $ 600! Saved a few hundreds. Will do other things there too in the future.

STAY AWAY. Cut out my catalytic converters and never replaced them… which is ILLEGAL. I went in last year to get 2 flex pipes done and nothing else. Just brought my car into another Lou’s because they had rusted out and the guys in this shop (they’re all franchised) tell me I have no catalytic converters! Walked me in to show me… Sure enough they’re GONE and replaced with straight exhaust pipe.
How does an EXHAUST specialty shop put an illegal exhaust system on a car? «Probably just got lazy and didn’t put them back on» this guy says. $ 600 later and I’ll repair the damage this place did to my car.

I went back to lous to have a oxygen sensor put in the sensor they installed was defective I talked to the manager and explained to him that my check engine light had come on again after I left he told me to bring it in and they checked it saw that it was a defective sensor and ordered a new one and put it in for me without any hassles now that’s what I call customer service at its best good people here I highly recommend them

Great service! The people here are wonderful! The prices are really fair and they never do anything without your knowledge and consent first. They are always willing to explain everything thoroughly to you before they start working on your car and they even go as far as to show you what needs to be repaired, so you aren’t feeling like you’re being ripped off. I have sat in the waiting area the whole time I am waiting for my car and the receptionists are so welcoming and chat with you so you don’t feel like you have to stare at your phone for an hour. They also offer so many options for people who are into racing/​rallying/​etc. I highly recommend this place!
