I picked up our truck this morning with my husband at man collision they did the body work only it was done wel]
…when my husband enterd the truck our property in our truck was stolen a pair of sunglasses $ 200.00 and all our change and then talking to somebody they said the same thing happened to them 2 years ago so they have thieves working for them and they won’t own up to it very sad very very sad… social media wonderful thing.

Extremely friendly and helpful group. Got my estimate to me in a timely manner and had the car fixed up nicely.
Was a bit of a smell from the paint on the new door but that went away in a few weeks.

I’m not sure what all the negative press is here but These guys were great! my car was almost toast and was worried that I was not going to have it any longer. The repair was painless and the communication was great. They never seemed bothered that I found myself calling all the time for a status. Recomend, this place to all my friends hands down.

Was sent here by progressive to repair my front bumper after a small accident. I had left a phone in my glove box and a pair of Maui gin sunglasses in my car by mistake, and once the car was returned to me both were found missing. Their response is that they are not responsible for belongings left in your car. It’s my fault for not reading the paperwork they wave you through to sign. The place is crooked, and you should look elsewhere if you want honest help.

This is our 3^rd time back to this place and our car is still not fixed. They have a terrible reputation. I wish I had checked reviews before we took our car here. It’s been 3 months now and they still can’t do what they are supposed to do and were paid for. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

Everything was shifted inccorectly. Pieces are sticking out… they have no idea what they are doing there. They don’t call back to give you a check up on your car… I had to call and ask if my car was done. Once the car was done, i drove off… got on the highway, hit over 50MPH and there we go… a huge whistle coming from my door. I don’t live in this state, so when I finally got the chance to go to this shop again about my whistle problem, they said they will take a look and call the next day to give me an update… once again i had to call to see what was going on… and they STILL haven’t taken the time to look at my car. and they KNOW i have to leave the state within a matter of two days. Unprofessional, and they don’t care about their customers. Obviously they haven’t fixed any problems since they keep getting bad reviews.
UPDATE: my car HAS NOT BEEN FIXED. got it back, them telling me «it’s fixed»… i drove it for a few days… NOPE! not fixed. took it back, they had it for 10 days, called me saying «it’s fixed»… drove it around for another few days… NOPE NOT FIXED. and guess what? they cracked my bumber while my car was there, and when car was returned i mentioned it and they yelled at me telling me that they never did that and to never come back there again! HA. what wonderful people…
TOOK 7 MONTHS FOR THEM TO «FIX» IT! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN. CALLED MY INSURANCE AND THEY ARE SENDING ME TO A DIFFERENT COLLISION CENTER. DON’T EVER GO HERE, EVER!!!

I have had to use auto body shops several times, twice at Peters Bump Clinic in Nashua, and once (ended up being 3 times) at Gate City Collision. I will admit — Manchester collision REALLY surprised me.
I was side-​swiped on a parking lot with some damage to my rear door, these guys did an excellent job repairing everything — the even buffed it out for me after they finished. No clear coat runs, no dust specks, everything blended perfectly, everything sitting in place just like it used to.
They even waxed and tried to clean up the interior of my car!
I went through GEICO — if that matters at all.
I give this facility a 9.5÷10! Perfect job!
