Modernly maid was started when I was talking to my friends about their maid service. They all complained that over time, the level of service declined. It was apparent to me, that if someone were to maintain a high level of service, they would maintain their customers and do a great business by word of mouth.

Meet the Business Owner

Christina V.

Business Owner

Christina is a US Army veteran. Not shy of hard work she worked on Military vehicles during her time in the army. Earned a Air Assault badge at Ft. Campbell Kentucky.

After the army she became a Verizon service technician where she learned her outstanding customer service skills in and around peoples homes. She worked her way up to management with that company and further learned the importance of customer satisfaction. She often says, «If your customer isn’t happy your competition is.» Christina believes customer satisfaction is key to business development.

Modernly Maid was a term she coined. Christina wants to raise the bar on customer satisfaction for this industry. What was old is new again. The customer is always right. Christina is driven to grow her company on happy customers and word of mouth. Her vision has so far proven successful. To date most customers have been acquired through referrals of happy customers.
