History

Established in 2007.

Sam started «More Than Coffee» in 2003 and has been operating out of the new shop since April 9, 2007. Many thanks to Extreme Makeover Home Edition for the beautiful new building! See the video link for the episode that was televised on November 9, 2008.

In these past 12 years, More Than Coffee has helped more than 79 physically and mentally challenged individuals obtain gainful employment in our community. More Than Coffee also contributes to a variety of charities; to date Sam has helped more than 40 local charities with his coffee based ministry. A devout Christian, Sam does not look for recognition, but would appreciate your support and is willing to work hard to earn your business.

The mission of this business is to support individuals with disabilities. The business is completely run by people with disabilities. Every drink, lunch, pastry, and bag of coffee is prepared by one of our extraordinary individuals.
