Owner and founder Bill Bourgeois has nearly 3 decades of business experience as an Entrepreneur in the Custom Home and Land Development industry, his key to success was not easily acquired but was realized through hard work, dedication, honesty and maintaining a high level of Integrity. Having come from a family of Entrepreneurs he learned very early on that the true meaning of Customer Service is giving high value for their money.

Co-​Owner Peter Jawidzik specializing in the financial arena brings over 20+ years of extensive leadership experience and exposure in commercial marketing. He believes marketing can be a tricky thing if you don’t know 100% of what NEEDS to be done and more importantly large quantities of money can be wasted if all a business is doing is randomly picking different advertising options. Born in Manchester, NH into a conservative Roman Catholic family. Graduated from Manchester West High School. Attended N.H. Vocational-​Technical College obtained an Associates in Applied Science Degree. Formed a building company shortly after graduating in the custom home building & remodeling industry. Remained self-​employed as a builder developer of upscale custom homes for nearly 3 decades. Applying and maintaining cutting edge technology to the custom home building business the majority of projects possessed the latest of technology in the materials and mechanical systems. With in depth knowledge of the Internet in 2006 entered into Internet Marketing & Business Opportunities. In 2008 Online Business PROs was developed to help main street businesses with harnessing the power of the Internet and using it to expose and promote themselves.
