I have been getting my hair done by Karry for the last 3 years and I would never dream of going anywhere else! She does amazing highlights. I go from a dark-​medium brown to blonde just by the amount of highlights she does and it looks completely natural! Everyone I have referred to her also loves her cuts and colors!

I think I have been to every Hair Salon in the Manchester area. SOOO, this comes from experience. I was referred by a coworker. I have LOTS of hair (thick and unruly) and need layers, texture, etc. I met with the owner, Karry. We discussed the cut, my style preference, etc. I am not over exaggerating when I say, I have never seen my hair look this amazing! She took the time to straighten it and, just unbelievable. I think it took 10 years off my look as well because my friends cannot believe the difference. I quickly booked a color for tomorrow. Karry has been in the business for 20 years. She knows hair! THey have Goldwell hair color as well which does wonders for the hair. I’m thrilled to have found Karry. Word of mouth is the best form of advertising and my lady friends will want to go there too. Thanks so much for a wonderful experience!

Went to get roots done and she missed an entire chunk of hair so I had an uneven section of hair too dark and the rest much lighter. I wasn’t happy with it so I called a day or so later and said I wanted it fixed. She agreed that one portion was much darker and said she would fix it but charged me to do so after I already paid over $ 100 to have it done in the first place. I have never had to return to a salon because it was done so poorly and do not think that I should have had to pay for her to fix her mistake. Any competent hairdresser would not have looked at it in the end and not noticed a huge chunk of hair missed. I will never go back– terrible customer service, incompetent colorists and the owner is rude.
