Fantastic Food, great service for eat in, take out, or delivery. Delivery is always super quick. Steak Tip dinner in my favorite, but the menu is HUGE with so much to offer, it hard to choose every time I order! The staff is really friendly and helpful.

We have always had the best luck here! They have never once messed up any part of our order which is really impressive. The steak subs are THEBEST we’ve had & their chicken parm is great, just needed more salt. The onion rings & seasoned fries(with extra seasoning) are the all delicious! I got a large steak tip sub, bag of chips &20 oz soda for under $ 10! There is only one time I called on a Sunday & the older man taking my order was a little gruff, but everyone else has been great.

Order gyros last night from here, unimpresed… the meat was excessibely dry, barely any tomatoes, lettuce or tzatziki sauce(which was much needed due to meat being so dry). Won’t be ordering that again. On a positive note our roomie ordered buffalo tenders and they were pretty good.

Sine this place is close to my house and hot great reviews, I decided to try it. I was looking for a slice but they don’t have them. Small pizza was ok. The next time I tried the gyro. It was a large pita with lots of meat. The staff is very friendly, fast service.

The food is great but the people who take the orders always seem to hate their life. Like, if you don’t like your job go work somewhere else. Sheesh

I’ve ordered from them for years and never had a problem. I love their fries and get them well done because I love a crunch. The only down side I found for myself is they don’t have Cesar salad. Everything I order from them is always good.

Ordered a steak and cheese sub. Came out within 10 mins of ordering and was perfectly toasted and just the right amount. Highly recommend it.

Service was super friendly and the place was clean. Ordered the gyro which was enormous. The wasn’t enough ziki or vegetables on it but surprisingly a ton of meat. This huge sandwich was filling but just nothing quality. The meat was kinda dry and the bread was more pocket than anything else. So I guess I would say it was a huge portion of mediocre food.

Souvlaki Pizza and Subs has great food and excellent friendly service. it’s a good place to eat in or get take out. The lamb sub is outstanding and the pizza is great too. This is one of the best spots in the area.

I have reviewed this Greek sandwich/pizza shop before; however, some standout items need to be repeated, in addition to elevating my rating to 5-stars. 1) The service: It’s consistently excellent with no exception. 2) The food: For the money you will not find anything better in the area. Period. I decided to eat-in on a recent busy Friday evening. While I was waiting for my gyro, I observed the arrival and departure of many customers. One customer, apparently had to wait a bit for his take-out order. The clerk came over and asked him if he would like a drink while he was waiting and then apologized for the wait. Who does this? No one. Each and every customer is greeted and serviced with friendliness and efficiency. When you order food to eat in they bring it out to you and it arrives with real flatware. These two things sound simple enough and not out of the ordinary; however, the fact is, it is out of the ordinary. My gyro was so stuffed with meat it was almost too much meat. It I wasn’t so hungry, I could have easily saved half for another meal. Souvlaki’s has become my go-to place for sandwiches. Anyone that selects a Subway, or other inferior chain rather than this restaurant has a couple of roof shingles missing.

I would easily give this 5+ stars if I had eaten anything other than their lamb tip sub, but I just can’t bring myself to ordering anything but the lamb. Their lamb is soooo tender and they cook it however you want it eg rare, medium rare etc. There is a fair amount of lamb tips but if you want, you can get extra. I also add cheese, mushrooms, peppers and onions. It doesn’t get any better. I love Nadeau’s steak tips but I’m now partial to the lamb. Also, Market Basket does a great steak tip sub for less then Nadeau’s and adds peppers, mushrooms and onions for free. 7÷28÷14 Update OK, I can’t get past eating the lamb tip sub so I have to change my rating to 5+ stars for the lamb tips.

I’ve been a few times on other days now that I know Souvlaki is actually closed on Sundays. The menu is huge but I’ve only tried a couple things. The gyro meat is the classic well-seasoned, salty, uniform strips that I’d been craving(and can’t be found at Gyro Spot). Small gyro salad(and I’m sure the other salads too) are a great deal at $ 4.50. They are definitely big enough to serve as a small meal on their own. Fries are okay, tzaziki is good — thick with lots of cucumber shreds.

It drives me nuts that this place is closed on sundays, but otherwise Souvlaki’s is my go-to pizza place in Manchester. Their pizza tends to be a little greasy(greek pizza, what do you expect?), but the crust is the perfect medium between thin and thick, and their cheese is thick and chewy rather than thin and stretchy, which are all points in the plus column for me. Also, what made me fall in love with their pizza: the olives. I like a veggie pizza with olives, and this place uses real delicious greek olives, not the cheap black ringed olives from a can that most pizza places use! Their veggie ratio is great too, not overloaded so the middle of the pizza isn’t cooked, but always plenty there still. I also regularly have the chicken parm, which is made with good quality tenders(I hate the flat cafeteria-style tenders, these are the chunky ones), and a decent marinara sauce. When I get this in a sub, I wish they’d put the cheese on TOP of the chicken instead of right on the bread, but that’s nit-picking. Their buffalo tenders are nice and spicy also, but beware: They often come swimming in a pool of sauce, so don’t plan to let these suckers sit for any length of time before eating, or they’ll get super soggy. French fries are standard, and for some reason I can’t quite put my finger on, I loooove their thin-battered onion rings. Most of the sub meats seem to be rather thick-sliced, which is one draw-back for me. Overall though, the quality is consistent, and I’ve never had a serious complaint about Souvlaki’s.

I really want my spinach pizza to be white with no sauce and have TONS of spinach. This one has sauce and very little spinach. but just not what I’m looking for. «Grinders» are huge, but have very thick sliced meats and more bread than«stuff».

Everytime I come back to visit(3 or 4 times a year), I come to Souvlaki’s at least once for lunch, dinner, or take-out. Very reliable Greek pizza place, with excellent pizza, grinders of all kinds, pita(i.e., spanokopita), and straight ahead simple but delicious Greek salads. It’s all good and the prices are cheap

I love this place. My bf is from Manchester and recommended this place. I think it is great. The food is really good. The food is cheap. The service is good too. I always stop in here when we stop in NH. Definitely get the seasoned fries, they are awesome.

Great neighborhood food joint. I lived several blocks from them and had many opportunities to sample their food. Unfortunately or quite possibly not, I stuck with their grilled chicken salad and subs. Every single delivery or take out or meal eaten on the premises was done with care. Very fresh, yet fairly simple salads. Awesome bread on their subs and syrian for the salads, and great steak bomb subs(brother ordered them all the time and he’s on the road a LOT.)

I’ve been here once and thought it was a pretty standard pizza/grinder shop. In addition to standard sandwiches and pizza they have a variety of Greek-American items. Good place for lunch if you’re in the neighborhood.

Good thin crust pan pizza. Souvlaki’s offers pizza(10″ or 16″ pies), calzones(pizza pockets), salads, fried appetizers, grinders, clubs, Italian dinners, dinner plates, Greek items(gyros, souvlaki, kabob, lamb tips, spinach pie, baklava) and Coke products. The battered onion rings are HUGE! The prices here are fairly reasonable. It’s an order at the counter place with table seating in front of the counter and a flat panel TV on the wall, air conditioned for comfort. I stopped here for dinner takeout recently. The Lasagna($ 7.25) came with a small side salad(iceberg lettuce, tomato, onions, Feta cheese, Greek olives, & cup of dressing) and garlic bread(butter, garlic, & paprika). The meat Lasagna was pretty good with lots of greasy meat sauce, a slight salty taste. The 10″ Sausage Pizza($ 5.25) was a chewy thin crust pan pizza with the right amount of sauce, cheese, and sliced sausage, I enjoyed it! I had enough cold frosty beverages on hand to wash down that salty and greasy aftertaste.
